On March 24th, 20 12, Professor Mei Jian, director of the psychology popularization committee of the Chinese Psychological Association, awarded the license for the experimental base of early childhood education. At present, there is no unified national guidance and requirements for the education of infants aged 0-6 in China, and the work foundation of families and society for children is relatively weak. The early education market is active, and all kinds of early education institutions are blooming everywhere. Due to the lack of national standards, the forms and contents of early education institutions vary widely, and the curriculum is even more varied. Facing the complicated early education market, the theoretical system of three-dimensional balanced development has become the first systematic early education scientific system in China, which is the result of the research project "Evaluation and Promotion of Early Childhood Development" of the Psychology Popularization Committee of Chinese Psychological Association. The system has also been well received by 10 authoritative experts, including Mei Jian, director of the Scientific Committee of the Chinese Psychological Association, Fu Xiaolan, director of the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhang Houcan of Beijing Normal University, and Wang Shuquan, a professor at the Central Institute of Education.
