When there is no language environment, it is recommended to learn your mother tongue well first. English corresponds to the meaning of words, often from your native vocabulary, and rarely from the actual object.
Therefore, children, whose mother tongue vocabulary is limited, have to force them to learn English, which may be counterproductive.
