I. Recruitment Plan and Description
Zhou Jin Middle School in Anyang plans to openly recruit 20 teachers. Anyang Zhou Jin Middle School is a full-time boarding private junior high school. In order to support the development of Zhou Jin Middle School in Anyang City, the government of Longan District of Anyang City entrusted Anyang Education Bureau to recruit teachers for Zhou Jin Middle School, and conducted a unified written test and interview with the schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau. The 20 teachers recruited will become public teachers in the establishment of Long 'an District, but all of them will teach in Zhou Jin Middle School, and their salaries are higher than those of public teachers with the same conditions. Second, the recruitment scope, target and application conditions
(A) the scope and object of recruitment
Recruit full-time undergraduate and above graduates for the whole country.
(2) Application conditions
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Good conduct;
4. Applicants for English majors must have a certificate of TEM-4 or above, and applicants for Chinese majors must have a certificate of Putonghua level 2 or above;
5. Be healthy and adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;
6. Professions and related conditions that meet the requirements of the reported post;
7. Undergraduate graduates are under 30 years old (1born after June 30, 985) and master graduates are under 35 years old (1born after June 30, 980); Doctors can be relaxed to 45 years old (1born after June 30, 970).
In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply:
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;
3. Being punished by Party discipline and discipline, and the punishment period has not expired;
4. Being under review for being suspected of violating the law and discipline;
5. Anyang has established a formal teacher;

Third, the recruitment process
(1) Publish a recruitment announcement
Announcements were published in Anyang Daily, Anyang Education Information Network () and Longan Education Network () on June/Kloc-0, 2065438.
(2) Registration and qualification examination

(1) Registration method and time
This recruitment is conducted by online registration.

Registration time: June 15, 20 10 to June 13 (it will not be accepted after the deadline).
Candidates can log on to the registration website at 9:00 on June/KOOC-0/0, 2065 to June/KOOC-0/3, June/KOOC-0/7: 00, enter the registration system to register, truthfully fill in and submit relevant personal information, and upload their electronic photos as required (recent color white background bareheaded front photos, jpg format, height 6544).
Candidates' majors should be the same as or similar to the positions they reported. If the teaching subject of teacher qualification certificate is consistent with the reported post specialty, it will be regarded as similar specialty, and each person will be limited to one post. All applicants will use the second-generation ID card to register. After the registration, if the number of applicants is less than 3: 1, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced or the recruitment plan will be cancelled accordingly. If the job recruitment plan is cancelled, the candidates who apply for this position will not change to other positions, and the written test fee will be refunded.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. The information and related materials submitted by the applicant at the time of registration must be true and valid. Anyone who finds that the qualifications are inconsistent with the recruitment requirements and provides false materials will be disqualified.
After the application is accepted, a registration number will be fed back to the applicant. The registration number is an important basis for applicants to inquire about the results of qualification examination, pay online fees, download and print admission tickets, and inquire about the results. Candidates must keep in mind.
(2) Query the prequalification results
Applicants should log on to the registration website to check the preliminary qualification examination results within 2 working days after submitting the application. Once the qualification for the examination has passed the preliminary examination, the position for the examination shall not be changed.
(3) Registration confirmation
Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification examination need to confirm their registration and pay the registration fee 60 yuan by online payment. The deadline for payment is: 201may June1may June 17:00. Those who fail to attend the registration confirmation and payment on schedule are deemed to have given up automatically.
Step 2 print the admission ticket
Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and paid the fees according to the regulations will download and print the admission ticket (A4 paper) on the registration website from 9: 00 on June 25th to June 26th 17: 00. Laser printers or inkjet printers are used for printing, and needle printers are strictly prohibited. Photos must be printed on the admission ticket (automatically generated by the registration system), and the self-posted photos are invalid. The admission ticket does not need to be stamped. Candidates take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. The written test requires an ID card and an admission ticket, both of which are indispensable.

The written test subjects are educational theory (pedagogy, educational psychology) and professional knowledge, in which professional knowledge refers to the basic knowledge learned by the reported professional university, and the full mark of each subject is 100.

(4) Interview
According to the written test results of candidates applying for the same position, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score. Those who are absent from the written test, cheat or score 0 in the written test are not allowed to enter the interview. When the written test scores of the last candidate in the proportion are tied, it is also determined to be the candidate who enters the interview range.
On-site qualification confirmation will be conducted before the interview. The specific time and place will be announced on the registration website.
Applicants entering the interview must bring the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Longan District of Anyang City for 20 15 years in duplicate, the admission ticket, my valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate and employment agreement in triplicate (employment registration certificate) or the original and photocopy of the non-edited, English and Mandarin certificates issued by the archives management department;
If the documents and materials are incomplete, untrue or do not meet the requirements for applying for the post, the interview qualification will be cancelled. According to the written test results, applicants for the same position will be replenished from high score to low score.
The interview takes the form of lecture, trial lecture and defense, in which the lecture lasts for 5 minutes, the trial lecture lasts for 10 minutes, and the defense (the judges randomly ask professional knowledge and problems found in the trial lecture) lasts for 5 minutes. Prepare for 20 minutes each. Full interview score 100.

(5) Physical examination and evaluation
According to the total score of the examination, the number of recruits for each position is 1: 1, and those who participate in the physical examination and assessment are determined from high score to low score. The total score of the exam is the same, and the physical examination and assessment personnel are determined according to the interview results from high to low.
The physical examination is organized and implemented in accordance with the Notice of Henan Teachers' Qualification Management Office on the Physical Examination Standards for Teachers' Qualification Applicants in Henan Province (revised on 20 10) (Yu Jiao Zi Ban [2065438+00] No.8). The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant.
The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit under the supervision and guidance of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
According to the relevant regulations, the assessment is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit and the competent department.
Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be disqualified, and then they will be replenished in turn.

According to the total score, physical examination and assessment results, the personnel to be hired are determined and publicized on Anyang Education Information Network and Longan Education Network. The publicity time is not less than 7 working days.
(7) Handling employment procedures.
After the publicity ends without objection, the employing unit shall fill in the Approval Form for Public Recruiters in Institutions and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.
The person to be hired shall sign an employment contract with the employing unit.
All employees have participated in pre-job training.
The probation period of the employed personnel is one year, which is included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed, and those who have not obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate during the probation period will not be employed.
Fourth, discipline and supervision.
Recruitment actively accepts the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments. Candidates who practise fraud or cheat in the recruitment process will be disqualified once they are verified. Staff who violate the discipline of open recruitment will be dealt with accordingly according to the seriousness of the case.
