Pu 'er City is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Yunnan Province, with nine counties under its jurisdiction, namely Simao District, Ninger County, Mojiang County, Jingdong County, Jinggu County, zhenyuan county County, Jiangcheng County, Menglian County, Lancang County and Ximeng County.
