Moon rabbit, also called jade rabbit. It is a white rabbit flying to the Moon Palace with Chang 'e in the fairy tale the Goddess Chang'e flying to the moon. There are many quotations in ancient poems, which also refer to the moon. Moon Rabbit plays tricks on the Moon Palace, and has been accompanying her in the Moon Palace since the goddess the Goddess Chang'e flying to the moon.
In Japanese mythology, the moon rabbit makes hemp on it. The Korean nursery rhyme "Little White Boat" (formerly known as "Half Moon", proverb:) also mentions that there are rabbits in the moon.
