According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Geographical Names in Gansu Province, the riverside community includes Ganzhou District Committee and Government and its directly affiliated units, Lanting Jiayuan, Central Park, Heihe Hydropower, Binhe Mingyuan and Yu Xiu Garden Community.

Zhangye, alias: Ganzhou, a city under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province, is located in the west of Gansu Province, in the middle of Hexi Corridor, with Wuwei and Jinchang in the east, Jiayuguan and Jiuquan in the west, Qinghai Province in the south and Inner Mongolia in the north, with a total area of 38,600 square kilometers.
