We should use this part of the baby's happy mood to infect other babies, so that they can gradually realize the happiness of collective life. In terms of self-care, the baby showed his willingness to take care of himself when he first came. In all classes, most babies are willing to wash their hands, and more than half of them can try to eat with spoons. About half of the babies pull their own pants. In terms of game ability, a small number of babies can play games by themselves, but they are sloppy and lack good game habits and methods of playing toys. Most babies participate in games under the guidance of teachers. A small number of babies are younger, but they don't like to participate and are in the rejection stage.

The status of teachers:

This semester, three kindergartens are equipped with nine teachers. Three of them are experienced and responsible life teachers. One is an old teacher with long-term experience in day care, especially good at routine training and parenting. Five-year teacher, with strong professional ability, but lack of preschool education experience. Both teachers are three-year teachers with three years' experience in preschool education, and they are familiar with kindergarten work, but they are a little behind in the flexibility of education and teaching, the rationality of organization and the ability to analyze and deal with new textbooks. The two new teachers this year, one professional and the other non-professional, also showed some differences. As far as the structure of teachers is concerned, our team is obviously younger, so the guidance and professional guidance for new teachers is still one of the key tasks this semester. Young teachers are characterized by vigor, thirst for knowledge and strong acceptance. We should make good use of these advantages, actively carry out various effective teaching and research activities, promote teachers' professional development, and improve teachers' ability to master, respond, analyze and reflect on new textbooks.

These teachers of different levels and levels also have the same advantage, that is, they are very caring. When making and playing teaching AIDS, we can consider the needs of children's development, and teachers' educational concepts are constantly changing in the process of making and playing teaching AIDS.

In the process of constantly optimizing the production of playing AIDS, we also realize that there should be an extended study after this, which will make the application research of playing AIDS more in-depth, enrich science and contribute to the professional development of teachers. Therefore, we will focus our teaching and research this semester on "demonstration with examples", that is, to demonstrate the scientificity and rationality of playing teaching AIDS in the past through a large number of cases of playing teaching AIDS.
