Looking back 12 years ago, I walked into this newly-opened kindergarten-Guali Town No.2 Kindergarten with a group of girls who shared my dreams and ambitions. " I have been a class teacher for 12 years, and a teaching and research team leader for 10 years. It seems that I am always busy year after year, so today I have such an equal opportunity to challenge myself and develop myself. If I try, I won't regret it even if I don't succeed. So no matter what the result is today, I still walked up.

Twelve years of preschool education work, year after year, day after day is always busy, but I think busy is valuable and rewarding. I think I still have some advantages in competing for this position. There are four reasons:

First, exercise and grow-cultivate the ability of education and teaching (with a solid foundation of education and teaching)

In my teaching career of 12 years, I have been quietly working in the front line of education, but in my work, I am conscientious and enterprising, constantly exploring and innovating new teaching concepts and methods. Through repeated research and grinding classes, my teaching ability has been greatly improved. My Chinese activity "The Sun I Want" won the second prize of teaching observation and evaluation in Hangzhou, and my section "Little Turtle Opens a Shop" was displayed on the same stage with Zhejiang special-grade teachers in Xiaoshan District, and was praised by Teacher Zhu and the principals and key teachers present at the kindergarten. Ten years ago, due to the esteem of leaders and the support of colleagues, I took up the post of teaching and research team leader. I know that the teaching and research team leader is the bridge between kindergarten leaders and front-line teachers, and also the core force for teachers in the unity group to do a good job in kindergarten. The teaching and research group of our department has strong cohesion, harmonious peer relationship, strong enthusiasm and initiative of teachers, and great achievements in teaching and research. Because they dare to carry heavy burdens, think ahead, lead by actions, lead everyone to innovate, and seriously carry out teaching and research group activities, they have won the trust, support and cooperation of teachers and won the affirmation of the park leaders. In 2006, the teaching and research group I led was named as the excellent teaching and research group in Xiaoshan District, and I was also named as the leader of the excellent teaching and research group in Xiaoshan District. Of course, the result is everyone's. I want to thank the beautiful women I have worked with and the leaders of the park for their cultivation.

Today, I am competing for this position. If the leaders trust me and my colleagues support me, I will study hard and adapt to this new position. I will try my best to do the following work:

First, play a backbone role and complete the tasks entrusted by leaders and jobs.

Concentrate on the study of the characteristic work of kindergartens, and use innovative ideas and bold thinking measures to make the characteristic work of our garden the most brilliant; Create an educational resource library belonging to the second kindergarten to serve teaching and teachers; In addition, I will actively assist the director to do the corresponding writing work, do the annual report, all kinds of attendance, assessment, achievement honor summary, statistics and reporting of other forms and lists. I grew up in the front line, and I will give full play to my advantages in education and discuss education and teaching issues with you.

The third is to strengthen self-cultivation and improve their ideological and professional quality.
