Huaihe New Town Community is located on the east side of the extension line of Guangchang North Road in Tianjiaan District, Huainan City, with Huaidi Road in the north and Hubin West Road running through it. The total area of the jurisdiction is 670,000 square meters. Enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction include Minsheng Real Estate, Longhu Middle School Minsheng Campus and Tianwuyou Huaihe New City Campus.

Huaihe New Town Community was established in June 20 10, and its jurisdiction includes the first, second and third phases of Huaihe New Town and Huaihe Mansion. The total number of households in the community is 5588, and there are currently 30 12 households with a population of 8896. At present, there are 13 staff in the community.
