Zhanjiang Seaside Swimming Pool, located in xiashan district Seaside Park, was founded at the beginning of 1953. It is the only onshore seawater swimming pool in our province. Covering an area of 1 0.5 million square meters, there are swimming training halls 1 each, land training rooms1each and 4 standard swimming pools.

This swimming pool is also one of the important bases for water sports training in our city. A number of world-class excellent swimmers and divers have been trained for China, such as Zhang Xiaodong, Liu Ou, Wu Guocun, Chen Xiaojun, Liang, Jack, etc. The coaches in the swimming pool all have coach qualification certificates and have rich teaching experience. They have been sending excellent students to cities and provinces all the year round and have achieved excellent results many times.
