Yan 'an Pagoda, as well as the famous scenic spots where natural landscape and human landscape are integrated, and historical sites and revolutionary sites are integrated. In the history of China revolution, Yan 'an Pagoda is a symbol of the revolutionary holy land Yan 'an. Located on Dongshan (Baota shan) in Yan 'an, Shaanxi Province, Yanhe River (Nanchuan River) is in front of it, which is magnificent.

Yan 'an Pagoda was built in Tang Dynasty. It was rebuilt in Ming Dynasty and repaired many times in Qing Dynasty. This tower is built entirely of bricks, and its base is made of Tang bricks. The plane is octagonal, with nine floors and a height of 44 meters. There are stone steps and wooden ladders in the tower to reach the top of the tower, and you can have a bird's eye view of the city through the arches on each floor. In April of the first year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1522), there was a cast iron clock beside the tower. Used as an air defense alarm clock and timing signal clock in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, it has been well preserved so far.
