If some children have attended early education or day care centers before, they are no strangers to kindergarten naps and have no strong emotional reaction in the morning, then they can put their children all day.

If some children leave their families for the first time to live in a strange environment and have no experience of sleeping alone without their families, it is recommended to let them go for a long time as a buffer. When the children's emotions in the park gradually stabilized, the resistance to going to kindergarten was small. After getting familiar with teachers and companions, you can let the children go all day.

In addition, children who are in kindergarten all day will be involved in taking a nap in the park. Sometimes parents will discuss with their children at home whether to take a nap in kindergarten. If the child says "yes", parents must not believe that all the children in the family said they would take a nap in the kindergarten, because the lunch break in the kindergarten really came, and some children who said they would take a nap would still go home crying. Because children may not feel the psychological pressure of their parents not being at home, they will easily agree to their parents' requirements. However, when sleeping alone in kindergarten, children with weak adaptability will be very homesick, and they will also recall their parents' sleeping at home at ordinary times, and their psychological pressure will multiply.

Of course, it is inevitable that children will have some discomfort and resistance on their first day of nap in kindergarten. At this time, parents need to communicate well with teachers. If the child can gradually fall asleep under the comfort of the teacher, he can be arranged to take a long nap in the garden; If the child can't sleep after being comforted by the teacher, this situation may have appeared for several days, so your child is not ready to go to the park for a nap psychologically. It is suggested to arrange for children to stay in the park for half a day to give them an emotional buffer.

In addition, if the child has a history of convulsions, please carefully arrange for the child to take a nap in the park. Because there are many cases of children dying after taking a nap in the park, many of them are caused by convulsions. Especially in winter, if the child is hiding in the quilt and convulses, it is difficult for the teacher to find it in time and it is easy to miss the best rescue period. If parents still want their children to take a nap in the park, they need to communicate with the teacher, for example, arranging the child's bed next to the teacher's seat (so that the teacher can always pay attention to the child's situation); If the child has abnormal performance, the teacher immediately calls the parents, arrives in time, and takes the child away for observation or medical treatment.
