In the first few weeks of preparing for the internship, I was ambivalent. Paradoxically, I really want to practice, because I really want to feel the life of kindergartens and kindergarten teachers; I'm afraid of internship because I don't think I have the ability to be a kindergarten teacher. We are a junior now, and we have studied professionally for three years, but we have not fully mastered what we have learned, not to mention that theory and practice are two different things, and I am afraid we are not competent. With such ambivalence, I went to practice and walked into Jiaokou county government kindergarten. I was assigned to class one, and I was the only one in this class. On Monday of the week when we tried to teach in school, we went to the kindergarten to get the teaching plan, chose some activities and prepared to come back and prepare lessons. I met their leaders and teachers in kindergarten and introduced them to each other. The feeling at that time was that these teachers were not much older than us, but they looked much more mature than us. Like children, we all come from social training. What those of us who have stayed in school lack is such an opportunity. It is said that they are more mature than us, not only in appearance, but also in thinking and socializing. After this internship, we have made great progress in these aspects.
Although our main job is teaching, I feel that I have done a lot of conservation in my internship these weeks, probably because I am in a small class, and the conservation work in a small class is heavier than that in a middle class. In teaching, in recent weeks, I participated in the activity of 15. Including activities in five fields and English activities, English activities and math activities are the most popular in the world. In health activities, social activities, language activities, music activities, art activities, math activities, English activities, sports activities and scientific activities, I think social activities and language activities are more difficult, music activities and sports activities are more difficult to organize, and math activities and English activities are more convenient for me. When organizing these activities, I saw some shortcomings, such as: 1, our language is not beautiful enough to attract children, our expressions and actions are not rich enough to infect children, perhaps because we can't let go and don't exaggerate moderately. 2 evaluation language is too few, too broad, not rich and not targeted. I didn't take good care of every child, because I didn't know much about the children in the class, so I didn't teach students in accordance with their aptitude. 4 children can't respond and deal with unexpected answers and sudden behaviors and languages quickly and flexibly. The above four points are summarized after my own reflection, and I have not done enough in organizing activities. When our classmates communicate together, they all say that they also have these shortcomings. I also asked the teacher and came to the conclusion that most of them were caused by our being novice teachers. Slowly tempering will improve our shortcomings. What I have done well or basically satisfied with is that 1 takes a serious attitude towards teaching activities and prepares lessons adequately. Ask and accept the advice and guidance of the tutor with an open mind. Every activity can be completed completely, and there are no unfinished activities. When organizing activities, the teaching mode is natural, the language is clear, and the voice and speech speed are moderate. 5 Try to take children's interests as the center in the process of organizing activities, and take this as the starting point when designing and preparing teaching plans and teaching AIDS. Most activities can achieve the activity goals, so that children can gain and make progress. These points are also summed up after self-reflection and have high validity and reliability.
In terms of conservation, I have done a lot of things I haven't done in recent weeks and learned a lot. For example: tie pants, feed children, put them to sleep, wipe their bottoms, distribute towels, comb their hair and so on. When chatting with classmates, we said that we were experiencing the life of motherhood in advance and preparing for the future. Doing these trivial routines every day, I think it can exercise a person's patience, patience, perseverance, carefulness, etc., and it is really helpful to cultivate a person's character. I feel very fresh in the first few days, and I am very interested in doing things and working hard. After a long time, I need other things to support myself, which is what I said above. In terms of conservation work, after my own careful thinking and summary, I think what I have done is that I can adapt to these jobs quickly and basically do well. Disadvantages are: not careful enough, not completely according to the characteristics of each child's care, the main reason is that the time spent with children is short, and the children are not well understood.
During the two weeks of organizing half-day activities, I organized five half-day activities in the morning. Half-day activities in the morning refer to children's siesta from 7: 30 am to noon 12: 30, including two teaching activities, two meals and routine activities in daily life. In organizing children's activities for half a day, I found it difficult to keep children disciplined and complete activities and tasks on time, in quantity and in quality. It is also difficult for teachers to take care of every child, especially in classes with many children. Therefore, in order to have a successful half-day activity, teachers need careful planning, flexibility and children's active cooperation. Children's interests and characteristics are the basis of planning and organizing half-day activities. I am not particularly satisfied with the organization of my half-day activities, mainly because I didn't let every child finish the activities on time, in quantity and quality, especially the life activities, which may be influenced by the age characteristics of small class children and my lack of dignity and prestige as a teacher.
In just a few weeks of internship, under the careful guidance of my tutor and through my own efforts, I have learned a lot and my professional quality has been greatly improved. During my internship, I also saw some problems and thought about them myself. 1 Kindergarten is called teaching activity class or organizing activities. What are their differences, functions and influences? What can children learn in kindergarten? How can the teacher's evaluation language be just right? How to achieve the emotional attitude goal of social activities? How to treat special children, such as children with aggressive behavior, autistic children with low self-esteem, children who love to snitch, children who don't fit in, children with high and low development level, etc. How to cultivate and strengthen the affection between children and teachers? Is it good or bad for children to call their teachers and mothers? How can teachers treat all children equally? 9 How to improve the status and treatment of preschool teachers? 10 how to make preschool teachers have a sense of professional honor and belonging? 1 1 What role should teaching play in teaching activities and how to play it? These problems are what I saw in this internship or encountered by myself. I have thought about it myself, but up to now, there are still many problems that I haven't thought clearly. I will continue to look for answers, continue to discover and continue to think ... The internship is almost over, and we are going back to school. In the next year's study, we should study hard, check and fill in the gaps, improve ourselves in all directions, make ourselves a veritable preschool education graduate, move forward to excellent kindergarten teachers, and contribute our strength to the cause of preschool education.
