Summary of Junior High School Chinese Teachers' Work —— Excellent Model
The hot summer is coming again, which indicates that this semester will end again. Looking back on the scene of getting along with Class 7 (2) students in the past six months, I really feel that we have grown up together. Education is the exchange of love, and I get along well with my students in the past six months. Chinese teaching in this semester is summarized as follows:
First, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
To this end, I deeply studied the textbook and tried to read it by myself; Seriously deal with teaching materials, determine the teaching content, choose teaching methods, carefully preset the classroom, check the famous teacher's class online, apply what you have learned, practice thinking, and strive to make students learn effectively and easily in the classroom.
I always think that the classroom is sacred, the classroom time is precious, and both teachers and students are in the classroom.
Our teaching activities should be solid and effective, and teachers and students should gain aesthetic pleasure, ability growth, personality promotion and emotional cultivation in the process of learning knowledge, exploring problems and studying texts. This is not only a sense of mission and responsibility, but also a love for Chinese teaching and respect for life. I am progressing in pursuit, confused in practice and growing up in reflection. Satisfied classes are few and far between, and I am disappointed again and again, but I am not discouraged and still pursue them persistently. As a teacher, since I can't leave the classroom, I want to get rid of the strange circle that teachers are tired of teaching and students are tired of learning, give my life more bright colors and less gray and dim, and also dedicate my truth, goodness, beauty, passion and youth to students.
In my Chinese class this semester, my understanding of Chinese teaching, the accumulation and mastery of basic knowledge, the ponder and appreciation of the text language, the understanding and excavation of the text content, and its rich ideological and humanistic nature have done my best to guide students to complete teaching activities. When I do these jobs, I feel full and happy.
Second, carry out activities to enrich students' accumulation.
The school provides students with good reading conditions and allows useful extracurricular books and literary masterpieces to enter the classroom, which is very beneficial to students' Chinese learning. In the final analysis, Chinese learning still requires students to read more and know how to read. Students read more and love reading, and the problem of Chinese learning is solved. As a Chinese teacher, I applaud this activity. I ask students to copy their reading notes carefully, extract beautiful paragraphs and words, and read and recite them in the morning reading class.
In addition, I have always insisted that students copy a few famous sayings every day, which will not only increase the burden on students, but also be of great help to students' life and Chinese learning. I told the students that in the future, as long as you recall your early life, you will be proud to say that in the three years of junior high school life, I insisted on doing one thing, that is, copying a few famous sayings every day. I believe that there are always a few words that will impress children and benefit them for life.
Third, teaching should follow the law of students' physical and mental development, so that students can love learning and think for them all the time.
I have always believed that if teaching ignores the laws of students' physical and mental development, does not assume for students, and only starts from subjective assumptions, then such teaching will certainly fail.
When preparing lessons, I always think over and over again: what should I teach students in this class, what must be said, what is needless to say, what may be difficult for students to understand, and what may be unexpected for students. What to say, what steps to follow and how to stimulate students' interest in learning; What methods are used to reduce the difficulty of the content that students find difficult; How to mobilize students' life experience and reading experience to understand the text?
In class, I try my best to mobilize students' thinking, encourage students to combine learning with thinking, teach students how to read texts, and cultivate their good reading habits and note-taking habits. At the end of the new class, I check the students' learning situation in time: ask or check, so as to adjust the teaching methods in time and make up for the shortcomings. I try to avoid full-time irrigation, so students generally don't feel tired in my class. I pay great attention to adapting the classroom rhythm to the changes of students' learning psychology: at the beginning of class, students' hearts are not calm, so we should try our best to let students enter the learning state as soon as possible. My approach is: ① enter the class in advance; ② Write the task on the blackboard; (3) Persuade and educate those students who can't enter the learning state in time, and explain the importance of improving learning efficiency. After about ten minutes of class, the students calmed down and entered the golden stage of learning. At this time, I grasped the key points of teaching and explained them with typical questions to promote students' thinking. In the meantime, I pay attention to constantly changing teaching methods, never talking to the end in one breath, and don't always let students discuss.
In short, the activities of teachers and students are closely around the teaching focus. In my opinion, an important feature of Chinese teaching is that no matter what method is adopted, students cannot be separated from the text and their understanding of the language. At the end of the class, the students were a little tired. At this time, I will remind students to sort out their class notes and summarize the gains of this class.
Fourth, Chinese classes should be attended frequently.
I often wonder why teachers in China work so hard, but many students' reading ability and expression ability are still so poor. In the final analysis, it is related to the teacher's own teaching skills. Think about our general lesson preparation process: open a few books, such as teaching reference, complete understanding of teaching materials, reference to teaching plans ... and look at each other. You have to read a text several times, and sometimes you have to look it up online when you encounter difficulties. Imagine if we are faced with a completely unfamiliar text like students, how much we will understand and how much more we understand than students. Chinese class is different from math class. I believe that math teachers can do this completely: they can understand everything without reading math textbooks. People in China are different. Which Chinese teacher dares to say that he has completely understood the text, and there is no problem? Chinese classes are all-inclusive. It is no exaggeration to say that every class is a brand-new world. No Chinese teacher can say that he doesn't need to prepare lessons at all. Therefore, as a Chinese teacher, there is a more troublesome task than teachers in other subjects: preparing lessons in class, not only preparing lessons, but also preparing lessons outside.
Fifth, the direction of future efforts.
1. Pursuing effective classroom activities. Let the students move and move effectively. That kind of "activity" that seems to be lively but has nothing to gain will leave my classroom.
2. Let students standardize their writing and develop good writing habits and serious writing attitudes.
3. Improve students' oral English. Use Mandarin in class, and be generous, reasonable, arrogant, polite, sincere and affectionate.
Let students learn to listen. Have a good attitude and habit of attending classes, and listen politely and attentively; Strong listening ability, can grasp the main content, can understand the speaker's intention, can hear the "implication" and accurately understand the speaker's meaning.
4. Pay more attention to writing teaching, stimulate students' interest in writing, let students write more, and constantly improve their writing level.
Generally speaking, Chinese work is more flexible, and we should have corresponding methods for different educational objects. A semester's work is over. Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, there are still shortcomings, which can only be improved continuously in actual teaching. In short, it is never too old to learn, and there is a long way to go.
Junior high school Chinese teachers' debriefing and summarizing excellent model essays II.
First, students' learning situation:
In this issue, I will continue to be the Chinese teaching task of Grade 8. Through this semester's teaching, on the whole, students' good habits (listening to lectures, taking notes and asking questions) are gradually forming, their learning interest and attitude have also changed obviously, their comprehensive Chinese ability has also been greatly improved on the original basis, and the polarization of students has been improved. Students' writing level has been greatly improved.
Second, the main review of teaching this semester
I have mainly done the following work in teaching this semester:
(1) study the textbook carefully and prepare lessons with great concentration. Spend a lot of time preparing lessons every day, study textbooks and teaching methods carefully, try to understand textbooks deeply and accurately grasp the key points and difficulties. When making teaching objectives, we attach great importance to the actual situation of students. The lesson plans are carefully written and lessons are constantly summed up. At the same time, it pays attention to the effect of classroom teaching, pays attention to happy teaching according to the characteristics of students, does not engage in full-time irrigation, insists on taking students as the main body, teachers as the leading factor, takes teaching as the main line, and pays attention to the combination of teaching and practice. Pay attention to grasping the key points and breaking through the difficulties in teaching.
② Stimulate learning interest and improve Chinese literacy. In Chinese classroom teaching, I pay attention to introducing the novelty of new courses, cultivate the habit of active inquiry and the ability of seeking differences, and strive to make students lively, interested and willing to learn in Chinese learning, thus developing students' Chinese literacy.
③ Strengthen extracurricular reading, writing and calligraphy training. I ask students to read two extracurricular articles and write two compositions every week. The reading of extracurricular articles should be suitable for junior high school students, and writing training should be conducted once a week. One of them is about the feeling of reading the article, and the other focuses on what I saw and heard this week. They can also write their own feelings and organize students to participate in composition competitions and letter competitions. At the same time, many students in the class don't write carefully. In order to improve their writing ability, I stipulate that they must practice writing every day. After such a long training, they have really made great progress.
(4) The homework is set reasonably and corrected in time.
Third, the main measures and experiences of teaching this semester
(A) my main measures for teaching this semester:
1. According to the characteristics of Chinese subject and the new requirements of social development for Chinese, let students improve their ideological understanding, cultivate moral sentiment and cultivate aesthetic taste in an imperceptible way, thus teaching and educating people.
2. In teaching, strengthen synthesis, simplify clues, highlight key points, pay attention to the relationship between knowledge, ability and knowledge, ability and emotion, pay attention to accumulation, perception, edification and language sense, and strive to improve Chinese literacy as a whole.
3. Pay attention to the development of students' thinking ability. In the process of Chinese teaching, we should guide students to use the methods of comparison, analysis and induction to develop their abilities of observation, memory, thinking, association and imagination, and pay special attention to cultivating students' creative thinking.
4. In the teaching process, students' practical activities should be highlighted, and students should be guided to acquire knowledge actively, train their skills scientifically and improve their Chinese ability in an all-round way. In each class, teachers carefully prepare lessons according to the actual situation of students, especially students, change cumbersome teaching methods, and highlight key points and difficulties. Advocate flexible and diverse teaching methods, especially heuristic and discussion, and encourage the use of inquiry learning methods. Avoid tedious analysis and trivial mechanical exercises.
5. Composition teaching, close to the reality of life, full of life breath, flexible proposition, diverse forms, writing more essays, reading notes, and mutual approval as far as possible, in order to promote writing and effectively improve the level of composition.
6. Do a good job in the transformation of students with learning difficulties and reverse the bad study habits in the past.
7. In the teaching process, we should seize the students' bright spots, praise them more and criticize them less, so that students can build up confidence in learning Chinese well.
(II) Teaching experience this semester:
1. We should reform classroom teaching with a brand-new educational and teaching concept. We should pay special attention to improving students' Chinese practical ability, actively advocate and promote students to actively develop learning methods, broaden the fields of learning and application, pay attention to contact life, interdisciplinary learning and inquiry learning, and strive to make students acquire the language ability that modern society needs for life.
2. Vivid and flexible teaching methods should be adopted to make the classroom full of vitality.
3. Establish an independent, cooperative and exploratory teaching mode, activate students' curiosity and desire to explore, and cultivate students' ability to think, question, seek and be good at capturing new information.
4. We should use solid and diverse training to cultivate students' Chinese practical ability.
5. Pay special attention to stimulate students' interest in learning.
Fourth, the main shortcomings and reflections of this semester
(A) the main shortcomings of this semester:
1. There is still impatience in teaching.
2. The implementation of appreciation education needs further study.
3. It is sometimes inappropriate to use interactive teaching methods.
(2) Reflection this semester:
This school year, I served as a Chinese teacher in Grade 8. Facing the brand-new teaching materials, I advance in exploration and reflect in practice. Up to now, I really feel that I grew up with students, with both gains and losses. Recently, however, it has been found that "bottlenecks" are often encountered in teaching, and the existing knowledge and experience can no longer meet the emerging new problems and situations. If you only use several teaching modes in the text, students will immediately feel boring and sometimes even know your teaching ideas very well. What's the smell of such a class? The teaching of composition sometimes feels "helpless". How to make students interested in composition just by talking about requirements, reading examples, trying to write and making post-evaluation How to cross the "bottleneck" and enjoy a broader teaching world is another question that I have been reflecting on recently. If you are confined to your own teaching world and complacent about your previous achievements, there is only one result-if you don't advance, you will fall back! I think it's time to recharge in time. Read more books on educational theory, increase their cultural heritage, learn from experienced teachers, reflect on their own teaching, improve their grasp of teaching materials and their ability to control the classroom, hoping to break through the bottleneck and break into a new world.
Summary of Junior High School Chinese Teachers' Report on Work: Excellent Fan Wensan
This semester, I am a Chinese teacher in Class Two, Grade Seven. The seventh grade is the initial grade of junior high school. If you don't bring your initial grades well, there will be many sequelae. Therefore, I think the seventh grade teaching is the foundation of school teaching, and a good start is the key to creating an excellent team.
For a semester, I insisted on preparing lessons carefully, attending classes, correcting and commenting on homework in time, giving good after-school guidance, strictly demanding students, respecting students, and promoting teaching democracy, so that students can gain something, constantly improve their teaching level and ideological awareness, and successfully complete teaching tasks. The work is summarized as follows:
First, reform classroom teaching with brand-new education and teaching concepts.
Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, I have been thinking deeply and practicing actively about how to improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom. Through my own personal experience, I deeply feel that as a Chinese teacher, refining classroom language and improving the effectiveness of classroom questioning play a vital role in improving the efficiency of Chinese classroom and thus improving the quality of Chinese teaching.
So I really change my mind, overcome the wrong tendency of ignoring students' dominant position and excessively pursuing subject knowledge system in Chinese teaching, truly establish a new concept of Chinese education, seriously reflect on my teaching practice, study students, explore teaching methods, and gradually establish a teaching concept with students' lifelong development as the goal.
As we all know, the cultivation of students' Chinese ability is largely realized through reading teaching, and the problem design in Chinese classroom teaching is an important work related to the success or failure of reading teaching organization. Students are the main body of classroom teaching. Only when all students actively participate, think and explore can the classroom be successful and efficient. "Learning without thinking is useless". How can students expect to gain without thinking? However, for junior high school students who are not deeply involved in the world and have little knowledge, it is unrealistic to stimulate reading interest directly from the text, so as to gain knowledge and enjoy beauty.
So, how to enhance the effectiveness of classroom questioning? First of all, ask difficult and moderate questions. Neither too superficial, there is no room for thinking, nor too difficult, difficult to ponder and unable to start. Too shallow and boring to attract students' interest; Too deep, students can't answer, not only can't achieve the teaching purpose, but it is easy to dampen students' enthusiasm for learning, which backfires. The difficulty of the question should be the upper limit that the higher-level students can answer after thinking or discussing or giving a little hint.
Secondly, questions should focus on the teaching objectives, fit the students' reality, and closely follow the training points of textbooks and the highlights of articles.
Third, scientifically determine the direction of questions, avoid asking "sloppy" questions, and only seek "stimulation" in class, so that you don't know why you ask and why you answer.
Fourth, improve students' problem awareness and encourage students to constantly generate new questions.
In a word, classroom questioning is one of the important teaching methods, a bridge between teachers and students, and an effective way to impart knowledge. Proper questioning can inspire students to think positively and improve learning efficiency; Improper questioning is not only bad for teaching, but also blocks students' thinking and stifles the classroom atmosphere. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to improving the effectiveness of classroom questioning.
Second, use vivid and flexible teaching methods to revitalize the classroom.
Basic teaching has carried out Chinese teaching with narrative, prose and poetry as its content. Exam-oriented teaching focuses on knowledge objectives, stores and inherits the accumulated experience of predecessors, but ignores the motivation, interest, emotion and will of students to innovate. How to activate students' thirst for knowledge? The new curriculum standard requires us to establish a teaching model based on autonomy, cooperation and inquiry, to activate students' curiosity and desire to explore, and to cultivate students' ability to think, question, seek and be good at capturing new information, and to cultivate this ability as the ultimate goal of classroom teaching. To this end, I actively explore classroom teaching methods that are conducive to stimulating students' interest, activating thinking and stimulating discussion. Students learn the teaching materials independently before class, use reference books to get a preliminary understanding of what they have learned and ask questions; Attach importance to reading teaching, broaden reading horizons, supplement works on the same subject, and expand students' knowledge. Encourage students to use different means to expand reading, enhance students' awareness of learning Chinese in various occasions, and continue to adopt the form of "reading exchange meeting". Assisted reading teaching. For example, when dealing with the key articles of each unit, we always adopt the teaching mode of overall perception-cooperative inquiry-reflection and questioning-expansion and extension, carefully design questions according to different contents, and organize classroom teaching. Teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction, inter-group interaction and environmental interaction, in a limited time, each student has been given more opportunities for exercise and performance. Active thinking and frequent bright spots make students become real masters in the classroom. Teachers' teaching comes not only from textbooks but also from textbooks. The emotions and personalities of teachers and students are integrated into it, and real life enters the classroom. Students seek knowledge in interaction and explore in activities, which can not only master knowledge easily, but also cultivate their ability imperceptibly. The overall quality of students has been qualitatively improved, and the Chinese classroom has really played its vitality.
Third, use advanced teaching methods to improve learning efficiency.
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, it is required that the Chinese classroom with fresh vitality should not only change the teaching mode, open students' thinking, but also guide students to learn to learn and master rich Chinese knowledge. This is the basic requirement of the new curriculum standard for Chinese curriculum, and it is also the concentrated embodiment of the instrumental and humanistic characteristics of Chinese subject.
In the teaching class of exam-oriented education, teachers are always gesturing and thinking about how to make the lines of knowledge clear. In learning, middle school students can't personally experience the process and fun of acquiring knowledge, and the process of accepting knowledge is indirect and single. The new curriculum requires that the classroom should pay attention to updating teaching methods, let students experience and feel independently with the help of various media and teaching resources, and let teachers and students enjoy the experience in exploration. In the information age, diverse media and ubiquitous network just expand the field of classroom teaching, broaden the channels of absorbing knowledge, and provide an operable platform for improving students' information literacy and developing their inquiry ability, learning ability, cooperation ability and creativity.
In teaching, it is necessary to change the situation that too much emphasis is placed on imparting knowledge in the classroom, too much on book knowledge in content and too much on learning, rote memorization and mechanical training in implementation, carefully study the contents of teaching materials, carefully design teaching links, "liberate" students from the original classroom circle, mobilize students to make full use of network resources, and let them constantly challenge themselves and expand their creative thinking in the process of independent inquiry and communication.
Fourth, cultivate students' Chinese practical ability with solid and diverse training.
Teaching death, teaching books to death, can not meet the social demand for education. Teachers should change from the possessor of knowledge to the organizer of knowledge, from the transmitter of knowledge to the promoter of learning, and realize the fundamental change from "teaching to fishing" Through solid and diverse training, students' Chinese literacy can be improved in many ways, students' Chinese practical ability can be cultivated, and students can acquire certain lifelong learning skills.
The purpose of education is not the accumulation of knowledge, but the development of mental ability. Students' time at school is limited and their knowledge is limited by the times. If they want to do something in the future and keep up with the times in the future, they must keep learning, learn for life, absorb new things and update their knowledge structure. It can be seen that methods are indeed more important than knowledge, and teaching methods are the basis of teaching. Then, for students, whether students can use teaching methods flexibly requires a long and repeated training process. To this end, I adopt different training methods for different knowledge sectors: lay a solid foundation-hard pen calligraphy one page a day, word dictation "circular projection"; Expand accumulation-a period of extracurricular reading every day; Training ability-reading comprehension, from overall method to problem-solving skills, systematic guidance and repeated tempering; Composition training-step by step, arrange small compositions in class according to the content of the text, and use "topics" to encourage free thinking and bold play.
There are methods in teaching, but there is no fixed method in teaching. Lively, solid and orderly training broadens students' horizons in the cross-infiltration of different contents and methods, and initially obtains some Chinese practical abilities needed by modern society.
Verb (abbreviation of verb): ideas and measures to improve teaching in the future;
1, learn from experienced old teachers and learn their class skills.
2. Increase students' extracurricular reading, improve their horizons and broaden their knowledge.
3. Strengthen the training of thinking, writing skills and writing methods.
4. Continue to study and further improve your professional level.
A summary of the work report of excellent Chinese teachers in junior high school
"I didn't feel the dream of spring grass in the pond. The leaves in front of the steps are already autumn." In a blink of an eye, _ _ years have passed. I successfully passed the teacher recruitment examination in the first half of _ _ _, and started my long-awaited teacher career in September. I am glad to have such an opportunity to realize my dream of being a teacher. Under the care of school leaders, with the help of other teachers and colleagues, and with the cooperation of my classmates, I completed a semester's teaching work. The work is summarized as follows:
First, about teaching.
Although I studied Chinese language and literature in the undergraduate stage, I found that the knowledge in the university was far from enough when I really set foot on my job. If I want to be an excellent junior middle school Chinese teacher, I must keep studying and seize the practical opportunity in every class. As for the content of teaching, I think it has been covered before from the topic, but it is so strange to look at the specific content carefully. In this regard, I did not flinch, I believe in my self-study ability, and I am very grateful to the teachers of the assembly team for their professional help. In the past six months, preparing lessons every time is more difficult and careful than writing a graduation thesis. I read a lot of relevant literature and collected relevant literary works or the author's life, hoping to tell the literati who are far away from their own lives in the eyes of students, which will help students understand the article and, more importantly, cultivate their interest in literature. In fact, most of the materials I have read can't be directly used for teaching, but they are very useful for me to expand my background knowledge and improve my theoretical literacy. I have very few classes. At present, I only teach one class of Chinese, but learning, preparing lessons and thinking in class every day make me extremely enriched. In the first year of class, I asked myself to lay a good foundation. After half a year's efforts, I think there are still some gains and improvements.
In the teaching design, from the initial simple imitation, I have my own understanding and ideas, and I have made clear the plate teaching of Chinese. I know that if you want to run, you must walk steadily, polish teaching from plate teaching and practice the basic skills of Chinese teaching.
On-the-spot performance in class For the first time, in order to ease the tension, I always walked around unconsciously, and my teaching attitude was not stable enough. Through the correction and help of the leaders and instructors, this problem has been basically corrected, and the time for standing on the podium in class, walking time and standing among students to communicate with them at close range have been reasonably planned. In terms of teaching language, we should pay attention to the transition between links, pay attention to the immediate and targeted evaluation of students, change the evaluation language and increase the agility of the classroom. In addition, we should pay attention to eye contact with students, read their approval, doubt or disapproval of certain issues from their eyes, and adjust the teaching rhythm in time.
In the exam review. In the review of mid-term quality inspection, I focused on the basic knowledge, because I think it is very important to cultivate study habits, especially for freshmen who have just entered junior high school. Basic knowledge is the only part that can be mastered. Therefore, in daily teaching, we should try our best to cultivate students' ability to learn quickly in class, seize the class time, implement it well, and achieve good results, so as to reduce the academic burden of students after returning to China to some extent. During the review period, one task a day, take a quiz in the first ten minutes of each class, give feedback on the same day, correct feedback on the same day, and so on, and the effect is good. However, the overall reading performance of the class is not high. After reflection, I strengthened reading training in the final quality inspection, paid attention to the summary of answering rules, and encouraged students to show their thinking process. I hope students can improve their reading ability through thinking training. Now the results have not come out, but if they are not ideal, I will not lose heart, adjust in time and keep learning.
In cultivating students' study habits. It takes a period of time for senior one students to adapt to the intense junior high school study after entering school. First of all, we should start from one or two class hours, and make clear the difference between junior high school and primary school Chinese learning and the requirements of junior high school Chinese learning. All requirements must be carefully put in place, and timely inspection and implementation can be effective.
Of course, I have too much to improve. What is outstanding is that my teaching language is not refined enough. I am always afraid that students don't understand or their own guidance is not in place. I don't trust and have the patience to wait for them to solve their own problems. I can't watch students take detours when thinking about problems. In fact, how important it is to expose mistakes and correct them! In addition, in teaching, we should pay attention to the teaching of Chinese knowledge, so that our classroom has a more Chinese flavor, rather than politics and history classes. It is not enough to train students to speak like a book. But I don't understand it thoroughly enough in hierarchical teaching, so I can't grasp its essence and use it effectively in daily teaching. This is a question that I am thinking about and deeply troubled.
Second, about class management.
I am very grateful to the school for cultivating young teachers, not only teaching instructors, but also designated instructors for class management. From a series of routine work at the beginning, to participating in the designation of class rules with the help of tutors, guiding students' work, and even learning how to get along with students. Half a semester's work and study have benefited me a lot.
From the first day of teaching, I have asked myself to behave more regularly, because my words and deeds will affect the future of a group of people, that is, the objects of my education, and I am responsible for them. In teaching activities, I put my love for students first. With this mentality, teachers and students can be in a harmonious state. Loving students includes respecting and trusting students and caring for them. As long as they are my students, I will treat them equally regardless of their grades. I try my best to help students in need with full enthusiasm. The feelings between people are mutual, and the sincerity of teachers can be felt by students. Knowledge is not enough to fulfill the duty of teaching and educating people. The first sentence that my alma mater taught me to remember was "virtuous." I want to keep this mood forever.
Third, the outlook for the future
Since work, my family and friends often ask me if I am tired, and my answer is "tired!" " Without hesitation. When I said it, I felt infinite pride, enrichment and value. Being a people's teacher was my childhood wish. Fortunately, my dream has finally come true. In the next job, I hope to grow up as soon as possible, be competent for this sacred and responsible job, teach full class as soon as possible, prove myself and solve worries for the school. I will continue to work hard, ask more questions, think more, study more, and strive for a higher teaching level.
