UGC, what do you want?
Specific contents of inspection:

1, cardiac auscultation.

Systolic murmurs are divided into six grades. When lying in a quiet position, auscultation in the pulmonary valve area reached Grade III, and other valve areas reached Grade II. If it is a physiological change of body position and repeated auscultation of heart murmurs, it can be judged as "normal".

2. internal medicine.

If premature beats exceed 6 times per minute, squat test should be performed immediately. If the premature beats disappear after exercise, or the ECG is normal occasionally, it can be judged as "normal". If it is still more than 6 times per minute, make an "abnormal" conclusion (based on the measurement on the day of physical examination). Incomplete right bundle branch block can be judged as "normal" if there is no heart disease.

3. blood pressure.

When blood pressure is measured by auscultation, diastolic blood pressure is influenced by sound changes. Due to mental stress, the blood pressure exceeds 18.66/ 12 kPa (140/90 mm Hg), instruct patients with fast heart rate (such as sudden hypertension) to rest for the second time 15 minutes to half an hour, select a low value and record it in the physical examination.

4, liver and spleen.

Liver and spleen examination should be based on supine breathing.

5, color vision.

Color vision examination with "Yu Ziping's color blindness" or the color vision examination chart compiled by the Ministry of Health must be examined by a specialist nurse or doctor.
