Open recruitment procedure

202 1 New kindergarten teachers in primary and secondary schools are openly recruited, and the written test is unified throughout the province. All localities organize interviews and assessments, and cities and counties (districts) continue to supplement recruitment if there are vacancies.

(a) City, county (District) Education Bureau shall, within the staffing quota and personnel structure approved by the organization department, formulate an open recruitment plan for new teachers in local primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and announce it to the public after being approved by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau or the Party Working Committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. All localities should implement open recruitment in counties (cities, districts), and the job conditions of the same subject in the same county (city, district) should be consistent.

(two) the Provincial Department of Education unified organization of the province's primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, new teachers open recruitment written examination work, written examination subjects, content and performance calculation method according to the relevant provisions of the Fujian people [2010] No.7 document execution. The unified written test registration in the province is carried out in counties (cities, districts), and each applicant applies for 1 position (i.e. 1 city or county, district).

The Provincial Department of Education entrusts Fujian Education Examinations Institute to undertake online registration, written test proposition, examination organization and management, marking and other examination work, and specific matters related to the examination work will be notified separately by Fujian Education Examinations Institute.

(three) the city and county (District) shall be responsible for the preliminary examination, review, interview, assessment, physical examination and publicity of the candidates to be employed, and shall go through the formalities for examination and approval of employment according to the regulations. The content and method of interview should conform to the laws of education and teaching and the professional characteristics of teachers. Non-normal graduates should not only have the corresponding teacher qualifications, but also focus on their basic literacy in education and teaching. All localities should determine the interview candidates from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of candidates to the number of people entering the interview. If it does not reach the prescribed proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people; Vacancies for abstaining from the interview will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low. Municipalities and counties (districts) should promptly report the employment situation to the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Provincial Education Examinations Institute.

(four) after the first round of open recruitment, the city and county (District) shall promptly announce the unfinished vacant positions. Candidates who have participated in this year's unified written examination in the province but have not been hired can log in to the open recruitment registration system for new teachers in primary and secondary schools for supplementary recruitment registration. Each candidate can apply for 1 position (i.e. 1 city or county), and those who have been hired or intend to be hired are not allowed to participate in supplementary recruitment. Cities, counties (districts) determine interviewers from high to low according to the ratio of the number of people to be hired to the number of people entering the interview, and conduct interviews, physical examinations, assessments, publicity and employment.
