I first learned the concept of sensitive period from teacher Sun Ruixue's book. Teacher Sun's "Catch the Sensitive Period of Children" surprised me. It turns out that these behaviors of children are all because of the sensitive period!

After reading Mr. Sun's book, I can understand the behavior of children in my life and work.

As a consultant of early education center, I recommended many parents to read this book, but strangely, after reading this book, these parents are still very confused and don't know where to start.

As a supplement to Mr. Sun's book, I want to talk about how parents can help their children spend these sensitive periods better and what practical and fun family games can be used accordingly, combining my teaching experience and consulting cases.

Let's first explain what a sensitive period is: in fact, it is a child's enthusiasm for something or a skill at a certain period or time, and such enthusiasm will cover up other parts. For example, when children are in the "sensitive period of walking", children will especially like walking. Under the choice of climbing, hugging, walking and cycling, he will definitely choose to walk. He will want to leave anytime and anywhere, and he will want to leave anywhere. Then, when we observe that the child begins to have a certain tendency, we can compare and see which sensitive period the child is in, and then make corresponding guidance.

Some people may ask, why do you want to do the corresponding things in the corresponding sensitive period? Actually, it is. When the child is in a sensitive period, you can get twice the result with half the effort by guiding him. Do you think the child is interested in this matter? Concentrate and be patient, okay? If you guide him in this matter, he will be relaxed and happy, the children will be happy and the parents will be happy. When we guide him, we can constantly improve and let the child improve and deepen this ability, then the sensitive period of the child will be very smooth. Moreover, I think children's energy is a fixed number. When a child has been well satisfied in a sensitive period and mastered the corresponding skills, his sensitive period is over. At this point, his energy has been emptied and he can enter the next sensitive period. Then, when we constantly meet every sensitive period of children, children can develop better and faster in every skill! This is meaningful for the growth of children.
