English is my favorite and best since I was a child, so the university chose management as its major. Coincidentally, in the summer of 20 10 in Beijing, I met a group of lovely primary and secondary school teachers who love English education from all over the country, including introverted sisters from Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, post-85 principals from Lanzhou, outspoken big brothers and sisters from Shenyang in the northeast, enthusiastic brothers and sisters from Guilin in Beihai, Guangxi, friends from Hong Kong and Macao in the north, and more than 50 English teaching volunteers from the United States. I haven't been idle for several summers in college. I went to a large English teacher in primary and secondary schools in the teaching and training industry, and I felt the water was deep. At that time, the educational style was mainly to find and fill the gaps, and there was no way to help children establish and improve their English learning system. All the criteria to measure a teacher's Excellence are only for English teachers to brush the college entrance examination paper, but this is a one-sided evaluation of teachers' professional ability. It can only be said that teachers are good students, and only students can feel the teaching ability of teachers. However, when a student feels for a year or two and knows whether the teacher has helped him, he has missed the best period of English learning, and some learning methods have been crooked, which is not worth the candle.

In short, the rise of the training industry is impetuous, and the shortage of talents who really love education, understand education and have good professional ability has become one of the resumes of many college students. However, the criteria for selecting excellent teachers are not standardized, and the cost is high. The delay in class is for the benefit, not for the overall situation of parents. This made my sense of justice reach a high point in an instant. In the last year of graduation, I quickly took the English teacher qualification examination. I want to be a clear stream in the English education industry. Want to customize and optimize English education programs for parents and children for a long time, learn efficiently, save money and effort!

But I also know that just being a teacher in one institution can only help a few students, and the leaders of other institutions may not agree with my educational philosophy. So in the internship stage, I tried the water first, and with my "single-handedly", I successfully interviewed the regional director of an institution. From renting a house, recruiting people, training and teaching, and finally arranging lunch catering and washing for students, I was still tied behind me.

In the last few months before I graduated from college, I was honored to get an offer from the president of a multinational English education institution in Ningbo, promising to give me 10% performance shares. Although I am the executor, I have no absolute right to speak, so I gave up. Decisively returning to my dear Yuyao, I feel that my roots are here and my career should start from here.

So with the support of family funds and like-minded partners, we started an English training school, and IEC came into being. After five years of hard work and dedication by comrades-in-arms, we have a stable teaching staff and a stable reputation, and the number of students has reached saturation.
