Is it necessary for a one-year-old child to spend more than 10 thousand on early education?
Taking children to early childhood classes has become the choice of more and more parents. Many parents think that early education classes are very helpful to their children. This group view has also directly stimulated the early education industry, with more and more early education institutions and rising tuition fees.

As the father of two children, I also took my children to early education classes. I want to share my views on this issue.

What stage of development is a one-year-old child in? Children around one year old are in the early embryonic stage of mental development and have just mastered the ability of sports. Many children are still in the stage of babbling, and lack the necessary understanding and expression ability for adult language and instructions. At this stage, children mainly explore and learn from the outside world through the five senses (touch, taste, hearing, smell and vision), and are in the stage of perceptual accumulation.

Children of this age are not suitable for more complicated training for the time being, such as fine motor training, enlightenment training of big sports, balance ability, running and jumping ability, music, art and so on. It is recommended to start at least after 1.5-2 years old.

What is the purpose and significance of early education? The so-called early education is to improve children's intelligence level, language expression ability, sports ability, physical coordination ability, emotional control ability and social ability through targeted training and environmental influence, and lay a more solid foundation for children's development.

It should be said that the more adequate the early education for children, the more sound their spiritual and emotional development will be, and their personal life development and achievements will often be higher.

Do you need an early education class? How to do early education? The answer is no.

Early education is not to send children to the classroom to be trained by teachers. The most effective early education must come from family, parents and relatives who accompany their children.

For children, early education and ability training can be carried out in the following ways.

First, more effective language communication.

Children over one year old are in the stage of babbling and need a lot of stimulation of language input to help them accumulate as many words as possible and help them express themselves. At this stage, parents should talk to their children more, say different words, repeat words, ensure clear and accurate pronunciation, and speak at a moderate speed, which are the basis for helping children absorb vocabulary and train their language skills.

Second, do more useful interactive games.

Interactive games and educational toys are also effective ways to develop children's intelligence, imagination, creativity and practical ability. Parents can buy some simple building blocks, splicing and threading toys, and play some physical contact and sports games with their children to train them. Never kill children's time with cartoons and electronic toys. These things are likely to have a negative impact on children's mental development.

Third, cultivate children's self-care ability.

1.5-2-year-old children begin to sprout self-awareness, which is the best time to cultivate children's self-care ability. Parents can consciously provide their children with opportunities to learn basic life skills such as eating, dressing and going to the toilet in daily life, which will help to improve their self-confidence while cultivating their self-care ability.

Fourth, accompany students.

When parents stay at home with their children, they can spend more time with their children reading picture books. Reading picture books is not to throw picture books to children, but to read, talk and discuss with babies, share the story of picture books with their life and play experiences, and let children integrate into the scene of the story. In this process, children will listen to you more attentively and look at the patterns in the picture book, thus generating relevant imagination.

A good picture book can help children realize the richness of the world, the differences of various animal and plant species, regional culture, seasonal changes and so on. And let the children know that there is a vast world waiting for them to explore besides their small families.

Five, enough companionship and emotional care

Children aged 0-3 are the key stage of personal emotional development. Children of this age have a strong attachment to their parents, a safe boundary and a need for dependence. As parents, I need to give my children more careful companionship, so that children can fully realize that their parents love me and will appear at any time when I need them. They will patiently tell me stories and play with me. This way can make children feel at ease and safe.

Is it worth more than 10,000 early education classes? Early education classes are not omnipotent, but well-designed early education classes do help to improve children's sensory integration and intellectual development. If parents feel that they can't provide enough effective training and stimulation in the family environment, they can consider taking their children to such classes.

In my opinion, attending early education classes has two positive effects. The first is to give children an interactive learning environment to help them train. The second is to let parents learn the skills and methods of early education, which can be repeated at home.

Of course, more than 10 thousand early education classes are really not cheap. Whether it is worth reporting depends on the family's economic ability. There is no need to be too reluctant. After all, there are still many places for children to spend money in the future.
