MoreChinese(MC), registered as Moqi in Chinese, is said to be a cross-border combination of a senior director of Tencent and an education expert, and is supported by well-known Internet tycoons and top venture capitalists. Its ambition is to become Lego in the mobile age. As far as several products designed under it are concerned, they can all be regarded as masterpieces of educational products in the mobile era. "Kingdom Series" children can actually play in a limited range. After all, he belongs to a preschool friend, but in the process of playing, he can read books, do things and recite stories, so I strongly recommend him.
Second, jabber.
This localized product is said to have North American genes. Basically, I grind my ears with it. Moreover, my English education for Eva is not compulsory, and I only stimulate his ears from the perspective of cultivating a sense of language. This product claims to be an advanced concept of immersion English education, but there is still a big gap between the product and the concept. You can disassemble it in detail when you are free another day. Today I will talk about how I use it.
The main contents include enlightenment courses, communities and shopping malls. We took an enlightenment course for a while. In the early stage, the boy learned the traffic series with great enthusiasm, including the children's songs and games. However, when he rose to a series of good habits such as dressing and eating, he began to appear less patient. And after the revision, its characteristic four parts of "grinding ears, watching animation, typing words and reading picture books" were weakened into a three-level catalogue, which children could not find themselves, but the content of the mall became more and more prominent. It is not difficult to see the business philosophy of this product from the product revision.
Having said that, I have to mention the Annual Report of Book Audio-visual Market 20 16 released by JD.COM Books this year. The report mentioned a research result that shocked me and was reasonable: the most popular book category of 20 16 is children's books. But personally, there is still a lot of room for improvement. Let me briefly talk about a few existing problems:
1) Although there are a lot of educational resources (including animation, audio, picture books, etc. ), resources and courses are not closely integrated. In this respect, the APP to be introduced next is obviously better than it. The main problem caused by this is that parents need to spend a lot of energy to choose their own content resources, which is precisely a major pain point for most parents;
2) There is also a big problem in the education of children by age, which is actually the same as above. I think this is mainly because of rich resources and no precise location. In the education of different ages, I advocate the use of Qiao Hu series, but Qiao Hu is too rigid and lacks certain freedom for the small basin friends who will gradually divide in the later development;
3) The interactive content is obviously insufficient. Apart from some parent-child games taught in the course, children lack interaction and repetition in other learning resources to deepen their learning impression.
Perhaps it will be a good product for a slightly older friend, after all, it is still very good in terms of resource richness and community activity. In fact, I once suspected that my boys mainly like to watch Yoyo's beautiful teacher (covering my face, I can foresee the future …). Anyway, every time he watches a video class, he just needs to watch the episode with the teacher. However, it is commendable that the teacher's pronunciation in the live course is very authentic and worth listening to.

This app is mainly used to match the picture book I bought for him. I still strongly urge him to read more books and play less mobile iPad, but the picture books of children of the same age in China are too tragic to read. So when I choose picture books, most of them are foreign picture books. However, if foreign language picture books are all told by themselves, they always feel less vivid, so this artifact helps me solve the big problem.
All picture books purchased at Children's Treasure can synchronize audio and video to the bookshelf of the app. At the same time, Tongbao course has largely solved the problem of choosing picture books. There will be some interactive answering exercises in each summary of the corresponding course, which further deepens the boy's impression of the key words in children's books. You can also share the audio and video your baby reads in the reading circle, but personally, the reading circle is relatively junior and there is still a lot of room for social interaction.
Of course, each product has its own planning and development direction. For the product team, it is often not among them, and some of the problems cannot be understood. And there is no data and user research. I only summarize the product experience from the user's point of view, and can't represent the opinions of most users. However, I found an interesting phenomenon. The developers of these apps are all from Shenzhen companies, which is quite interesting.
Generally speaking, children's language development mainly depends on continuous input accumulation and final explosive output. And these apps are more about making the input process more interesting, more attractive to the little ones, more colorful and more imaginative. However, if you want your child to output effectively, you still need some patience and perseverance. That is, in the language development stage, we should always tell him that his reaction needs timely attention and encouragement to create a pleasant output environment for him.
