The specific charging items involved, kindergartens must be implemented in accordance with the charging items, standards and measures formulated by the people's governments of this province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government or prefecture (city) level, and charge the parents of young children with childcare fees and education fees. Therefore, in addition to the necessary and reasonable expenses such as nursery fees and education fees, kindergartens are strictly forbidden to charge unreasonable fees from parents of young children for any reason and in any form. At the same time, kindergartens should use funds rationally, strengthen supervision and management, and hold those who embezzle and misappropriate funds accountable.
