If the amount of bid bond exceeds, the excess shall be compensated; (3) The signing of the realty service contract shows that the lowest quotation is not the guarantee of winning the bid.

The charging standard of the property service fee of this project is determined according to the winning bid price. 2. If the tenderer finds that the bidder has violated the law, discipline and rules in the bidding process, once verified, it will cancel the bidding qualification, and the successful bidder will cancel the bidding qualification. If the deposit is not returned, the tenderer has the right to claim compensation for the economic losses caused thereby. 3. The bidder shall show that he understands the provisions and requirements put forward by the tenderer in the invitation to bid and the bidding documents; It shall be indicated that the bid documents together with the bid-winning notice of the tenderer are legally binding; 5.
