The factors that parents of preschool children choose kindergartens include public kindergartens, emphasis on kindergarten characteristics, reputation and image, educational philosophy, resource allocation and infrastructure construction, teachers and teaching quality. In view of this, the countermeasures are put forward: through government macro-control, adhere to educational equity; Environmental construction in the park, strengthening environmental governance; Improve the allocation of resources and equip infrastructure; Improve teachers' quality and service quality; Establish a network platform to promote family education and so on.

Material supplement: In recent years, various types of early education institutions, characteristic private kindergartens, and young bridging remedial classes have emerged in an endless stream, giving parents more choices in choosing a garden. Parents have more initiative in the choice of kindergartens, but because many parents don't understand the characteristics of different types of kindergartens, there are many entanglements in the choice of kindergartens, so they can't choose kindergartens effectively. Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper systematically investigates and analyzes the factors that parents choose kindergartens from two aspects: parents and kindergartens.
