His colleagues think that he is a person with a very cooperative spirit but distinctive personality, while he himself thinks that he is very determined and persistent. He wants to win and infect everyone like him, who is better than him or who is different from him. Therefore, Maragucci and his colleagues in Reggio worked tirelessly to discuss how children learn and spread his earnest belief that "all children have the ability and confidence".
They established the first kindergarten in Reggio Emilia, a modern city with vibrant economy and society, on the anniversary of liberation on 1945. Villa Serra is a mountain villa next to Reggio. They bought a tank, several horses and a tractor abandoned by the Nazis. The men in the village want to build a theater, but the women think that a school should be built so that the next generation can receive a new education and no longer endure social injustice.
