Peng is the founder and CEO of Small Step Home Education [1], the special adviser of China Learning Base of United Nations Education for Sustainable Development [2], and the director of the professional committee of children's enlightenment education of the Expert Committee of Children Development Research Center of China Care for the Next Generation Committee [3].

Peng, an undergraduate and graduate student in Tsinghua University, holds an MBA from Stanford University. [4] Once served as vice president of strategy in a well-known mother-infant e-commerce, [4] and was active in the parenting circle as a "mother of Bao Yun" [5].

From 2065438 to February 2007, Peng founded Xiaobu Home Early Education [6], focusing on providing systematic, scientific and non-fragmented online early education courses and services for parents of children aged 0-6 [7]. Since its establishment three years ago, Xiaobujia Education has received four rounds of financing totaling tens of millions of dollars, providing early education courses for tens of millions of families.
