For thousands of years, the commercial road from Zheng 'an to Wuchuan has been one of the main land passages from Chongqing, Sichuan to Sinan, Guizhou, with prosperous commerce and trade, numerous businessmen, dense towns along the line and numerous inns. However, after the opening of Sichuan-Guizhou Highway and Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, people flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow through highways and railways, and this area is gradually marginalized and backward. Building this expressway will restore Zheng 'an's location advantage under modern traffic conditions and promote Zheng 'an's economic development. Realize the goal of withdrawing counties and building cities in Zheng 'an in 2020 in the urban system planning of Guizhou Province.

Second, it can promote the development of industries in Zheng 'an and Wuchuan counties. Zheng 'an and Wuchuan counties are rich in underground and surface resources. Bauxite has a proven reserve of 40 million tons and is being further explored. The estimated reserves are above 65.438+0.5 billion tons, with good grade, which is favorable for mining. Coal reserves exceed 500 million tons, in addition, there are many mineral deposits distributed in towns and villages throughout the county. The forest coverage rate is above 40%; There are many tourist resources: Furong River, the only unpolluted river in China, runs through the county from south to north; Shuanghe Cave, the first long cave in China, serves as the national geological park at the junction of Zhengzhou and Suiyuan in the south; Furong Cave, Fancun Grand Canyon, Zhujiaping Ancient Village, Jiudao Water Park of National Forest Park, Wu Yinzhen Museum and provincial key cultural relics protection units in the north; Yin Daozhen, the originator of Guizhou culture, set up a museum to give lectures here. Yin Zhen and Wubentang are closely connected with Jinfo Mountain in 4A scenic spot. Building this road can not only develop local bauxite mines and coal mines, but also develop tourism. It can also promote the tourism of Jinfo Mountain in Chongqing, which is conducive to building an economic circle in southern Chongqing and northern Guizhou, and can integrate the eco-tourism of Jinfo Mountain in Chongqing with the humanistic tourism and red tourism in Zunyi.

Wu Zhi Expressway extends 70km to the west, which can connect Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway and Chongqing-Guizhou Express Railway at Tongzi New Station, and then extend to Xishui, Chishui and Luzhou in the west, and even extend to Luzhou in Sichuan on Chengdu-Chongqing Ring Road, thus connecting the mountainous areas in northern Guizhou with the Sichuan Basin and realizing the complementary resources in plain mountainous areas: it extends eastward to Dejiang, Yanhe, Xiushan in Chongqing and Jishou in Hunan, just like Yuxiang Expressway and Hangxiang Expressway. It can become an important passage from Sichuan to Hunan, Jiangxi, Anhui and Shanghai, and a useful supplement to the expressway along the Yangtze River, which not only changes the location advantage of northeast Guizhou, but also provides another passage for more than 80 million Sichuanese, which is quite beneficial to the layout of the national road network.

According to the landform of Zheng 'an Expressway and the principle of "the shortest route, the most economical project, the best line type and the shortest tunnel", the starting point should be located at the intersection of Fengyi-Anchang and Ruixi Highway (small name Dabatang), which is convenient to extend westward to Tongzi and Xishui, and also to facilitate the communication between Machangping-Chongqing Expressway and this expressway and provincial highway 207 in the future. This is the most ideal place to build an overpass around the county seat. Starting from here, along the seat of Qingyuan, Xinglong and Qingzhen governments to the east, along Mayachao and Maha, enter Moshigou, dig a tunnel in Moshigou for about 1 1,000 m, and enter Xuetangbao (Fuyang Town) in Wuchuan County. This should be the ideal route. It can also lay a preliminary foundation for the route selection of Machangping-Nanchuan Expressway (if Machangping-Nanchuan chooses to enter Simian of Wuchuan from Chengping in Zheng 'an, and Dangyang Xuetangba enters Zheng 'an, Wuchuan Xuetangba to Zhengan County can be double-lined * * *; If you choose Shiping's scheme, you can use it from Zheng 'an to Yan Xi, Ma He, Ma He on both sides, saving money and resources.
