Teachers' teaching attitude is the aesthetic display of teachers' own quality, cultivation and spiritual connotation. First, generous and decent, steady and generous, natural and calm. The second is to be amiable. Teachers' teaching attitude should be amiable, respect every student, be kind when asking questions, be enthusiastic and expecting, be patient, meticulous, persuasive and gentle when inspiring and inducing.
(1) Stand firm.
Teachers need to stand for a long time in the teaching process. Correct standing posture not only reflects teachers' respect for students, but also reflects teachers' work attitude and sense of responsibility. Therefore, during the teacher recruitment interview, candidates should pay special attention to their standing posture. The correct and standardized standing posture is: chest up, eyes looking straight ahead, shoulders flat and abdomen, legs together, toes V-shaped, hands hanging down naturally or placed in front of abdomen. When standing, candidates should keep in mind the requirements of cordial, natural, correct and steady standing posture and be strict with themselves. Holding the table for a long time, standing unsteadily, standing sideways, twitching from side to side, staying away from the lecture table, and crossing your hands on your chest or back will have adverse effects on the standard standing posture, which should be avoided. At the same time, candidates need to pay special attention to the fact that during the interview, don't walk frequently, shuttle back and forth, and don't stick to the three-foot platform.
(2) Sit naturally.
Sometimes the teacher recruitment interview will be structured, and candidates may be required to sit and answer questions, so candidates' requirements for sitting posture cannot be relaxed. Generally, in formal occasions, there are two kinds of sitting postures commonly used by men: 1. The sitting posture is dangerous: the upper body should be at right angles to the ground, the thighs and calves should be perpendicular to the ground, and the knees and feet, including the heels of the soles of the feet, should be completely close together. 2, hanging legs hanging knees: the upper body and thighs and calves are suitable for landing. Knees are allowed to be apart, but not more than shoulder width.
There are three kinds of sitting posture for ladies: 1, and the legs are crossed: it is suitable for ladies wearing skirts to sit in a lower position. The requirement is: put your legs together first, and then put your feet obliquely to the left or right at the same time, so that the inclined legs form a 45-degree angle with the ground. 2. Feet adduction: The requirement is to put the two thighs together first, so that the knees can be slightly opened, and then the two calf pairs are slightly separated and slightly flexed inward, and the soles of the feet touch the ground.
There are the following taboos in sitting posture: legs are too apart, hands are placed between legs, legs are straight, legs are shaken, hands are misplaced when stepping on other things, body leans back, legs are crossed, and toes are pointed at others.
(c) Sign language should be appropriate.
Although gestures are not as precise as spoken language, some gestures always have a certain range of expression. Applicants should sign naturally and generously during the interview. The specific requirement is that the hands and arms should be naturally relaxed and not stiff. In addition, attention should be paid to the appropriateness of clearing positions to meet the teaching needs. Finally, correct sign language can also have expressive functions, such as thumbs up and clapping to express affirmation and praise. When using sign language, candidates should not be higher than their heads or lower than their chests. At the same time, don't use sign language too often, so as not to go too far and make the examiner feel frivolous and general.
(4) Eye movements should be peaceful.
The eyes are the windows to the soul. Proper eye contact can not only reflect wisdom and charm, but also get useful information from the examiner to achieve tacit understanding. Therefore, candidates should take the examiner as the center in the interview and show their confidence and respect for each other in silence. The correct eye expression should be: look at each other politely, and the best place is the examiner's nose-eye triangle (social area); The eyes are calm and full of spirit, focused but not dull; If there are several examiners present, when you speak, you should properly scan others with your eyes to show respect; Before answering questions, you can cast your eyes on the other person's back wall and think for about two or three seconds. It shouldn't be long. When you open your mouth to answer questions, you should take back your eyes.
The above are the teaching etiquette that teachers should pay attention to during the recruitment interview. Correct use of teaching methods is the basic requirement for teachers. I hope candidates will pay more attention in their usual practice. More teachers recruit interview skills, pay attention to land tour education, and enjoy dry goods without leaving home.
