There are 38 teaching and administrative staff in the park, which are a group of teachers who love preschool education and have high professional level. All the teachers have pre-school education, 100 college degree, 15 undergraduate degree, and 85% of them are studying. Many teachers are the winners of the first and second prizes of all-around and the first and second prizes of individual events in the "Hefei Second Preschool Teachers' Style Competition". They are a team of teachers with brand-new educational ideas, good at learning, diligent in thinking, brave in innovation and caring.

Guided by modern educational concepts, kindergartens create an equal, democratic and harmonious educational environment, encourage teachers to actively carry out teaching and research activities in combination with reality, and have awarded prizes to teachers and children in various activities at national, provincial, municipal and district levels. Kindergarten is the educational experimental base of China Montessori Education Society (Taiwan Province Province), the national key project "Word Baby Paradise", "Sharing Reading" and Jordan American English Cooperation Park, and also the experimental base of the national project-based teaching and research system construction project. In 2006, the kindergarten was rated as "Excellent Private Kindergarten in Luyang District" and "Excellent Private Kindergarten in Hefei".
