2. In the "Regional and Language Settings" window, select the "Language" tab and check the "InstallFile Foreastasianlanguages" option.
3. You are prompted that you need about 10MB of space. Please select OK and follow the prompts, and return to the regional options page after success.
4. In the RegionalOptions tab, select Chinese(PRC) in the drop-down boxes of standards and Formats, and select China in the drop-down box of Location, indicating that the current region is China.
5. Click the Details button in the Language tab, select Chinese (PRC)- Chinese (Simplified)-American keyboard in the default input language drop-down box in the settings, and click the Add button in InstallSerivces to add Chinese input method.
