Most of the nine-month-old baby's food is ready to eat, and many mothers will also start to prepare for weaning. Then the baby's complementary food should be various, nutritious and not partial eclipse. Soft rice, chopped vegetables, small pieces of meat, bean products, steamed bread, fruits, etc. Mom can add it to the baby.
First, soybean pumpkin porridge
Ingredients: a small handful of soybeans, a small piece of pumpkin, a small handful of barley (slightly more than soybeans), and a bowl of chicken soup.
Exercise:
1. Wash soybean, pumpkin and coix seed respectively, soak soybean and coix seed in clear water for 2 hours, peel pumpkin, remove pulp and cut into small pieces;
2. Boil the chicken soup and soybeans in a pot with high heat, and then turn to medium heat. When the soybeans are tender, add the coix seed and pumpkin pieces, then boil them over high heat, and then turn to low heat until they are thick.
Second, egg soup.
Ingredients: 1 egg, shrimp (or minced meat) and minced vegetables.
Exercise:
Beat the eggs, add appropriate amount of cold water, add chopped shrimp or minced meat, add some minced vegetables, stir well, and steam in a pot. If the baby can't eat the whole egg, take the yolk.
Third, Chinese cabbage noodle soup.
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, doll noodles.
Exercise:
1, wash and chop Chinese cabbage, and cut as much crude fiber as possible;
2. Add water to the pot to boil, break the noodles into small pieces and put them in the pot to cook. When the noodles are almost cooked, add Chinese cabbage and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
Fourth, mushroom and apple bean curd soup.
Ingredients: a small piece of tofu, apple 1/3 or so, and appropriate amount of fresh mushrooms.
Exercise:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, soak it in water and pick it up. Wash and chop fresh mushrooms, and cook tofu into tofu soup.
2. Wash the apples, cut them into small pieces, put them into a blender and mash them, then add them into the bean curd soup and stir them evenly.
5. Milk-flavored tofu
Ingredients: a small piece of tofu, a proper amount of milk powder, a small amount of peeled carrots and rape leaves, a little vegetable oil and a proper amount of fresh soup.
Exercise:
1. Wash carrots and vegetable leaves, put them in a pot, add water, boil them once, then take them out and dice them.
2, add water to the pot to boil, put the tofu into boiling water to burn thoroughly, and then remove it and cut it into pieces after cooling;
3. Heat the pot, add a little oil and hot oil, then add the diced tofu, add the brewed milk powder and fresh soup when it is fried to yellow, turn to low heat and cover it for slow cooking after boiling, turn to high heat when the milk flavor overflows, add the scalded diced carrots, and stir the crushed rape leaves evenly and cook for a while.
Six, baked steamed bread slices
Ingredients: steamed bread made of coarse grains such as corn.
Practice: Cut out steamed bread slices with a knife with a thickness of about 1cm, heat the pot without putting oil, then put the steamed bread slices into the pot and bake them until the front and back sides of the steamed bread are slightly yellow and the outer layer is slightly hard, so the baby can start cutting strips.
