Feng Dequan (1935. 1~)
/kloc-0 was born in zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang province in June, 1935./kloc-0 graduated from Hubei experimental normal school in June, 1953 and went to party member. He has served as a primary school teacher, principal, middle school teaching director and researcher of Wuhan Education Commission and Municipal Education Institute. Since 1978, he has been specialized in early education research, served as director and researcher of Hubei University's Children Development Research Center, consultant and professor of Wuhan University's Intellectual Technology Development Center, principal of Wuhan Children's Early Education School, editor-in-chief of Talent Cradle magazine, executive director of China Future Education Research Association, and executive deputy director of Children's Working Committee of China eugenics Association, nationwide. Professor Feng Dequan has been rated as an advanced worker and an advanced president of social forces for many years. He has been engaged in educational practice and scientific research for 53 years, from primary school to middle school and university, and has also served in Wuhan Education Bureau and Teaching Institute. In the past 30 years, he has been focusing on the project "Early Education and Post-school Development-Potential Development of 0 ~12-year-old Children". Founder of the first early education research institute in China, founder of "0-year-old plan" and author of "0-year-old plan" and "Feng Dequan early education plan".
