Founded in September, 2005, it was established independently on 20/0/3, and moved to the new campus in July, 20/0/4 (Group 5, Shoufeng Community, Donghu Township Street, Jingyang District, Deyang City). The school belongs to Deyang Education Bureau, and it is a 12-year public special education school covering kindergartens, primary schools and junior high schools. At present, it mainly undertakes nine-year compulsory education for students with hearing disabilities in Deyang City, preschool education and nine-year compulsory education for students with intellectual disabilities in Jingyang District and Economic Development Zone of Deyang City.
