According to the different intermediate materials, crawling mats can be divided into XPE crawling mats, EPE crawling mats, EVA crawling mats and PVC crawling mats. Among them, XPE crawling mat and EPE crawling mat are made of PE material and plastic wrap, both of which are environmentally friendly and have no odor. However, XPE crawling mat is of good quality and imported from South Korea, while EPE crawling mat is a kind of crawling mat made of EPE (pearl cotton) by domestic manufacturers in order to reduce costs. This material has poor elasticity, brittleness and poor waterproof performance. EVA crawling mat and PVC crawling mat are made of EVA or PVC as raw materials and wrapped with plastic wrap, or patterns are transferred on the raw materials. These two kinds of climbing mats generally have an odor. If it is a patterned crawling mat, the ink will easily fall off after exposure.
