Focus on agriculture-related streets and densely populated areas, extend the family planning technical service network, improve the family planning service projects of community health service centers and family planning service stations, and build a family planning technical service system for urban and rural areas in our district.
Set up family planning service stations or family planning service rooms in community health service centers in various streets. Family planning service station (room) is mainly responsible for family planning publicity, consultation, contraceptive distribution and reproductive health survey (three surveys) of people of childbearing age (including floating population) within its jurisdiction.
According to the requirements of family planning free technical service project, District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, District Third People's Hospital, District Fifth People's Hospital, Yulin Family Planning Service Station, Cuoqiao (Huaxing) Family Planning Service Station, Cujin Family Planning Service Station, Jinhua Family Planning Service Station and Jitou Family Planning Service Station are designated units for free technical service of family planning in Wuhou District (hereinafter referred to as designated units). Designated units shall provide services in accordance with the approved projects indicated in the Practice License of Family Planning Technical Service Institutions, and mainly undertake family planning free surgery services for rural population, part of urban population and floating population within the division (see Annex 4). Vigorously implement the birth defect intervention project and the family planning/reproductive health promotion project, fully implement the three-level intervention of birth defects, widely publicize and popularize the scientific knowledge of preventing birth defects, strengthen the consultation and guidance on marriage and childbearing, vigorously promote the activities of free eugenics health examination to benefit the people in our district, and further standardize pre-pregnancy health care, prenatal examination, prenatal screening and diagnosis, postpartum visit, neonatal disease screening and diagnosis and rehabilitation of disabled children. Strengthen the prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS. Non-medical fetal sex identification and sex-selective artificial termination of pregnancy are strictly prohibited. Vigorously popularize the scientific knowledge of infant rearing and family education, carry out early infant education, strengthen the social behavior education and training of the only child, and improve the quality of the birth population.

Strengthen the coordination and cooperation between street community family planning offices and community family planning service stations and designated units, and incorporate this work into the assessment of street family planning business objectives. Sub-district offices should decompose the related objectives and tasks of family planning technical services into community family planning service stations and designated units, and sign a target responsibility letter. It is necessary to establish a joint system of streets, communities (villages), family planning service stations (rooms) and designated units, hold regular meetings, exchange information, and form a high-quality family planning service system linked at different levels. The two sides work closely together to complete the quality service of family planning, so that the majority of people of childbearing age can enjoy quality reproductive health services.

All community health service centers and designated units should equip the family planning service team with medical personnel with exquisite business and strong service awareness. The District Population and Family Planning Bureau and the District Health Bureau should strengthen the business training of family planning service personnel and incorporate it into the credit management of the health system, and organize 2-3 centralized trainings or special business counseling every year. The training contents include population and family planning policies and regulations, family planning quality service concept, prenatal and postnatal guidance, birth defect intervention, male and female reproductive health, adolescent health care, pregnancy health care, child health care, menopause health care, male health care, informed choice of contraceptive methods and consulting skills. , and constantly update them.
