What if the child doesn't eat?
Children don't eat for many reasons. To sum up, there are five reasons, and the corresponding treatment methods are different:

First of all, the food doesn't taste good.

I want my baby to eat more, and the food for them should be delicious, diverse in style and variety. Every stage of a baby has different needs, and their preferences can reflect the needs of his body. Children change a little every day, and a big change every three to five days. If the food remains the same, it can't meet the baby's physical or psychological needs.

Second, poor eating habits.

The older the baby is, the stronger his/her consciousness will be. He/she will be curious about everything in this world, and will naturally be distracted when eating, sleeping or defecating, and will not do what adults ask. Parents should not worry or blame their children for disobedience. You know, this is the baby's nature. On the contrary, parents should try their best to cultivate their baby's good habits. It is necessary to develop the habit of eating and drinking Lazarus regularly from an early age, so that the baby can change from conditioned reflex to self-awareness, eat a little, sleep a little and poop a little.

Third, poor appetite, food stagnation

Babies are prone to indigestion. Sometimes it's not that the baby doesn't want to eat, but that the baby can't eat. Drinking soup from time to time to help digestion can make your baby's appetite open. Massage the baby to promote the baby's sleep, and also help digestion. Massage the baby's back du meridian (that is, both sides of the spine) frequently to prevent malnutrition; Gently massage the baby's waist on both sides of the buttocks alternately, which can help the baby defecate.

Fourth, eat too much milk.

Doctors say that some children are mainly milk when they are two years old. If the baby likes milk and doesn't like other foods, let him drink more milk. Solid and semi-solid foods such as rice and porridge, as non-staple foods, exercise slowly and bit by bit. As long as the weight rises and the spirit is good, the baby will be fine.

Five, zinc deficiency

The influence of zinc on appetite (children's anorexia is picky eaters) mainly has the following three factors:

1. One of the taste components in saliva is zinc. When zinc is deficient, it will affect taste and appetite;

2. Zinc deficiency will affect the function of taste buds and decrease the taste function;

3. Zinc deficiency can lead to mucosal hyperplasia and dyskeratosis, so that a large number of exfoliated epithelial cells block the pores of taste buds, food is difficult to contact taste buds, and taste becomes insensitive.

The baby's dislike of food may be caused by zinc deficiency.
