I. Rights and obligations of Party A:

3. 5. When providing the site for Party B's use, if it seriously affects the normal development of its business, it has the right to propose an extension; If the activities carried out by Party B do not meet the requirements of the venue, Party B has the right to refuse to provide the venue for Party B. ..
6. If Party B is found to have damaged or lost the equipment during use, Party B has the right to claim compensation from Party B or relevant parties according to relevant regulations.
Two. Rights and obligations of Party B:
1. Before using the site, Party B shall cooperate with Party A to inspect the equipment in the site, understand the usage methods and precautions of the equipment, and use the relevant equipment in accordance with relevant regulations.
2. During the activity, ensure that all indoor facilities are in good condition.
After the activity, you must clean up the scene immediately, close the windows and turn off the electrical appliances.
4. Party B fully supports Party A's normal business activities and tries to provide Party A with the required free labor service introduction in time.
5. Support all normal foreign legal business activities of Party A.
6. Party A and Party B regularly carry out community building and celebration activities.

Responsibilities:

2. Strict pick-up and drop-off time, serious and responsible attitude, safe pick-up and drop-off of children in and out of the park in the morning and evening, and be responsible for all safety on the way. The on-board teacher is responsible for the safety of the children's car, paying close attention to the road conditions during driving and doing emergency treatment;
3, strictly abide by the management system, to ensure the smooth development of the work.
4. Carefully maintain the vehicle, carry out regular maintenance, and prohibit drunk driving or fatigue driving, speeding and other people's replacement to ensure safety;
Pick up the car at 7 o'clock every day and deliver it at 4: 30 pm. Pick up the children according to the prescribed route. Don't change the driving route to save fuel, clean the car in time, disinfect it without overloading, and don't miss the time. The fare is settled once a month. 6. Do a good job in anti-skid emergency work in rainy and snowy days, and be kind and enthusiastic to your parents. Cooperate with the teacher to complete the pick-up task.
7. Drivers should strictly abide by traffic management responsibilities. In case of any unsafe accidents during the pick-up and drop-off, all responsibilities shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not bear any responsibilities.
8. The agreement reached after both parties have no objection to the above contract has legal effect and does not violate this contract.
