1. Article 36 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates: "No one may use religion to engage in activities that disrupt social order, harm citizens' health or interfere with the national education system. "
2. Article 1 1 of the Law on Regional National Autonomy stipulates: "The state practices the separation of church and state. No organization or individual may use religion to carry out activities that hinder the national education system. "
3. Article 8 of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates: "Organizing, guiding, supporting, allowing and conniving students to believe in religion and participate in religious activities will inevitably hinder the implementation of the national education system and affect the normal development of various educational activities. Its behavior is illegal. "
4. Article 3 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors stipulates: "Minors have the right to education, and the state, society, schools and families respect and guarantee their right to education."
5. Article 34 of the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region stipulates: "No organization or individual may induce or force minors to participate in religious activities, and may not use religion to conduct activities that hinder compulsory education."
6. Article 3 of the Regulations on Religious Affairs stipulates: "No organization or individual may use religion to engage in activities that disrupt social order, harm citizens' health, interfere with the national education system, or harm national interests, social interests and citizens' legitimate rights and interests."
Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Religious Activities in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region stipulates: "Religion does not interfere in state administration, justice, culture, education, marriage, family planning and health."
8. The Opinions on Strengthening Ethnic Education emphasizes that no organization or individual may force or induce students to believe in religion, let alone engage in any activities to develop believers in schools; It is absolutely not allowed to force anyone, especially children under the age of 18, to join a religion, become a monk or study in a temple.
9. The Party Committee and the People's Government of the Autonomous Region shall implement the main requirements of the Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and moral construction of minors, separate education from religion, resolutely resist the infiltration and influence of religion on schools, and resolutely stop teachers and students from participating in religious activities and any illegal organizations and activities. Teachers who participate in religious activities in violation of regulations and do not change their teaching should be resolutely removed from the ranks of teachers.
From the above legal provisions and policy requirements, we can clearly see that China implements the principle of separating education from religion, and religion shall not interfere with state education and public education. Minors' religious beliefs and participation in religious activities directly interfere with the normal education and teaching activities in schools and seriously undermine the principle of separating education from religion in China. It is illegal to seduce or force minors to study classics and participate in religious activities. Therefore, any social organization, group or individual must abide by the relevant state policies and regulations, and may not force minors to believe in religion or participate in religious activities.
Second, minors can't believe in religion, which is the guarantee for children's healthy growth and bright future.
In the process of a person's growth, the physical, mental and intellectual development of minors is still immature and is greatly influenced by the external environment. Minors are at the critical stage of physical and mental development, which is an important period for a person to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. At this stage, ensuring that minors receive the necessary education, cultivate good moral quality and establish correct ideas is related to the physical and mental health of every minor and to the future of every minor.
The physical and mental characteristics of minors determine that they believe in religion and participate in religious activities. They are easily influenced by illegal religious activities and religious extreme thoughts, become the objects of attraction and temptation of hostile forces, and become tools to compete with us for positions and future. For minors who lack judgment, ignorance and credulity, they are often poisoned by harmful ideas advocated by hostile forces in religious cloaks, participate in illegal religious activities, and even embark on the road of illegal crimes, which harms both themselves and their families.
Today's era is an era of scientific civilization and rationality. As builders of socialist modernization in the future, we should adapt to the development requirements of the times, establish a scientific world outlook, strive to master modern scientific and cultural knowledge, establish a sense of modern civilization and cultivate a modern civilized lifestyle. Imagine: one who spends a lot of time on religious activities and the other who spends a lot of time on learning scientific and cultural knowledge, who has high quality, strong competitiveness and bright future, the result is clear at a glance. It can be seen that a child who is poor in knowledge, technology and skills can't get a foothold in society at all, nor can he have a bright future, let alone bring happiness to his family.
