According to relevant information, the newly opened Renhe Home was demolished in 2023. The Tianxin District People's Government of Changsha plans to transform the Renhe Home Community in Xinkaipu Street. The main construction contents include: roof and external wall waterproof maintenance and renovation, and rainwater and sewage diversion in the community. Renhe Home will be demolished in 2023. This project adopts general contracting mode, and the whole process of design and construction from construction drawing design stage, construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion acceptance stage to defect liability period belongs to this project.
