1. Mode singing. That is to say, after playing two notes, you can imitate two notes, such as do re/do mi/do fa /…… and so on. And you need to know how many degrees every two tones are, such as sophomore, pure fifth, etc ... (in the music theory book)
2. Sing. After the above exercises are accurate, begin to practice singing one tone and then sing another. For example, can you sing la just by playing do? And so on.
3. The above two exercises are actually grasping the interval (the pitch distance between two sounds). When you have a better grasp of the interval, it will be smooth to do this exercise again. Now play the standard sound la every time, and then play a random sound near la with one hand. If you can't say the name directly, what is the distance between this voice and la? If the first two exercises are well practiced, this judgment will not be a problem. After such practice, you will soon be able to leave the piano and recognize its pitch by playing any sound.
In addition, you can sing accurately but can't recognize the pitch, because it is a kind of one-tone listening. Many of us are born with a sense of hearing for the first time, and few of us are born with a sense of hearing for a fixed tone. When we are children (before the age of 9), it takes a short time to practice the first tuning ear into a fixed ear, but when we are adults, the process may be longer, and we will return to the first tuning ear repeatedly without practicing for a long time. If you need to practice repairing your ears because of the exam, you have no choice but to practice hard. If there is no need for an exam, there is no harm in adjusting your ears first.
