I made a self-discipline plan. To achieve self-discipline, you can't develop it by a list of self-discipline habits. I think it is very important to do these five things well:

Step 2 get to know yourself

Who are you, what is your status, and what needs to be changed urgently? Think about your goals from the perspective of real life and needs.

3. Identify your relatively important development areas this year.

In the book Planning the Best Year, the author divides life into 10 fields, namely: spirit, study, emotion, body and mind, marriage, parent-child, socialization, occupation, entertainment and finance.

We can choose the key development areas in 2022 to set goals.

4. Write down specific goals, including time, frequency and final realization status.

5. Break down goals into habits.

Aristotle said: "people are shaped by habits, and excellent results come from good habits, not temporary actions." A year of painless self-discipline can start with adhering to small habits.

Take me for example. I am a learning full-time mother. I seek self-improvement after taking care of my children, and I am forced to input through the output from the media platform.

The four important areas identified in my annual plan are: study, child care, health and sideline.

In these four areas, I wrote two goals each, and disassembled the goals into a list of micro habits, adding up to 40 micro habits.

The list is as follows:

10. Read parenting books and choose appropriate methods to practice movements.
