Third, the target requirements

1. Carry out educational practice activities with the theme of "artisan spirit" and strictly control the style of work. Let the teaching staff have a clear and profound understanding of the requirements of the times and the meaning, content and essence of the "artisan spirit" in the new era. At the same time, it is necessary to promote all teachers to change their educational concepts, put people first, carry forward models, follow laws, and standardize school-running behaviors, so as to significantly improve teachers' teaching level according to law.

2. By carrying out educational practice activities with the theme of "artisan spirit", we should strictly control our thinking. Carry out in-depth study, publicity and education, further enhance teachers' understanding of their own responsibilities and missions, cultivate the spirit of Excellence and pursuit of Excellence, and make inheriting and carrying forward the "artisan spirit" a kind of knowledge for faculty and staff. Guide all teachers to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values and concept of honor and disgrace, and promote teachers to love young children, love their posts and work hard, study rigorously, unite and cooperate, be honest in teaching, and be willing to contribute, so that teachers' awareness of love and work hard is obviously enhanced.

Four. Activity content

Combined with the spirit of the notice of "Special Education Month for Teachers' Morality Construction", a series of activities will be carried out on the occasion of Teachers' Day:
