How is joint pain?
As the most frequent part of human activities, joints often have problems, and sometimes the pain is unbearable, which even affects our actions and brings us trouble. So let's talk about joint pain.

1. First, joint pain is mainly caused by arthritis or arthropathy. Joint pain involves a wide range and many kinds, so the differential diagnosis of joint pain is very important. Arthralgia syndrome belongs to arthralgia syndrome, joint pain, gout and other diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.

2. Second: Injury of ligaments around joints When the knee is slightly flexed, the stability of the knee ligaments is relatively poor. If the external force suddenly causes eversion or eversion at this time, it may cause damage to the medial or lateral collateral ligament. The patient will have a clear history of trauma, knee pain, swelling, ecchymosis and limited mobility.

3. Third: Cartilage injury is mainly meniscus injury of knee joint. When the knee joint flexes slightly, if the knee joint suddenly overstretches due to internal rotation or external rotation (for example, in football, the leg bends and turns to kick the ball), it may cause meniscus tear. Meniscus injury will have obvious tearing sensation of knee joint, followed by joint pain, limited activity, limping and clicking when joint moves.

Matters needing attention

There are many reasons for joint pain, so I won't list them here. Attention should be paid to the maintenance and prevention of joint parts. Once there is arthropathy, the recurrence rate is high after recovery.
