1. Open the management background, find the questionnaire to be saved, put the mouse on the icon of questionnaire design, and click Print /Word in the pop-up list box.

2. In the browser window that pops up, click the Save As Word Document button at the top.

3. The browser starts to download the Word document, which can be opened locally after downloading.
