First, school profile:

Zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management, located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a full-time undergraduate college jointly established by the People's Government of Henan Province and the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and was selected as a basic capacity-building project for universities in the central and western regions of China.

The school was founded in 1949, formerly known as North China School of Finance and Economics, and later renamed. It merged with Zhengzhou Aviation Industry Technical School, 1964 was renamed Zhengzhou Aviation Industry School, 1978 was upgraded to zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management, 1984 was upgraded to zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management, and 1999 was renamed in.

As of June 2022, the school covers an area of 1700 mu, with a building area of/kloc-0.09 million square meters, an experimental site area of/kloc-0.06 million square meters, total fixed assets of/kloc-0.739 million yuan, total teaching and research instruments and equipment of 326 million yuan, and 2,556,700 books in the library.

The school offers 62 undergraduate majors, 7 first-class disciplines, and 15 professional master's degree authorized categories. At present, there are 2,083 faculty members and 3 1092 full-time undergraduate students.

Second, cooperation and exchanges:

By June 2022, the school had established friendly cooperative relations with 72 universities in more than 30 countries, including the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Poland, South Korea and Tanzania, and carried out various forms, depth and breadth of international exchanges and cooperation.

The school has successively held undergraduate-level Sino-foreign cooperative education projects with the University of Highlands and Islands in the United Kingdom and Warsaw University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Poland, realizing the full coverage of the school's projects and institutions in the field of Sino-foreign cooperative education. The school cooperated with dodoma University in Tanzania to establish the Confucius Institute, and won the title of advanced unit in diplomatic work of the Confucius Institute in the world and the China-Tanzania Friendship Ambassador Award.
