Open the drawing toolbar

In Word, the way to open the drawing toolbar is to enter View-Toolbar-Drawing. In the Drawing toolbar, you can find various shapes, including those commonly used in flowcharts.

Select a shape

In the Drawing toolbar, select AutoShapes, and then choose Flowchart, and you will find an ocean of shapes. Select the shape you want and click on the canvas to insert it.

Insert graphics

Connection establishment
