Open the drawing toolbar
In Word, the way to open the drawing toolbar is to enter View-Toolbar-Drawing. In the Drawing toolbar, you can find various shapes, including those commonly used in flowcharts.
Select a shape
In the Drawing toolbar, select AutoShapes, and then choose Flowchart, and you will find an ocean of shapes. Select the shape you want and click on the canvas to insert it.
Insert graphics
Click on the canvas, and the virtual frame will appear, and the graphics of your choice will be inserted. Repeat this step to create your own graphic world.
Connection establishment
Word provides connectors, which can easily connect various graphics. Select the connector. When the mouse moves over the object, the blue connector position will appear. Just click on the link.
Add text
Right-click the shape and select Add Text to add text to the shape. Words can make the flow chart more vivid and interesting.
Making flow chart
Combine all the figures and a simple flow chart is born. You can also design more complicated flow charts according to your own needs to make your work more efficient and interesting.
