Lanshan district Library can, at the northwest corner of the intersection of Yimeng Road and Xiyanhu Street, opposite Amigo Youth Store.

On the second floor, there is a borrowing area to the north and a reading room to the south. The library card should be 1 10, where 100 is the deposit and 10 yuan is the book loss fee. This was the case when I used to do it, but it shouldn't change much now.
