The north side of Xiangshan Hotel (the former site of Xulangzhai) is surrounded by towering old trees and the ground is cool. Xiangshan kindergarten has been in Xiangshan for 30 years, and all the facilities and gardens of Jingyi Garden are dedicated to a unique school, namely this Xiangshan kindergarten.
1949 In March, President Mao Zedong and the the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China authorities moved from Xibaipo to Beiping, intending to temporarily live in the campus of Xiangshan Kindergarten. Xiangshan Kindergarten has allocated more than 3,000 houses in the park, including Xiaobailou and Shuangqing Mountain Villa, to the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and related units for use. For the sake of confidentiality, the Jingyi Garden at this time was called "Labor University". 1949 10, after President Mao Zedong and the central authorities entered Beijing, the venues of Xiangshan Kindergarten such as Xiaobailou were taken over by Xiangshan Park Management Office.
