The bounden duty of a teacher is to teach and educate people. All school activities related to teaching and educating people are teachers' bounden responsibilities. Of course, teachers should also participate in the necessary off-campus affairs, but teachers should focus on schools and children, and all poverty alleviation without education should not be added to teachers.

As a rural teacher, I have been involved in poverty alleviation for about one year. Although I have completed the task of helping the poor as required, as a teacher, I still have some opinions.

Teachers should do two things to help the poor through education:

Poverty alleviation first: each of us doesn't like poverty, we all want to get rid of poverty, and we don't want to be friends with poverty. As a rural teacher, the students in my class are all from poor families, and even some families are very poor. Teachers should make students love learning and be an ideal student. For our ideals, we should study hard now. Although learning is not the only way out, it is definitely a better way out. It's not good to fight for dad. So why not set great ambitions and try to change your family?

Poverty alleviation first: students should improve their academic performance first, and improve their morality, intelligence and physical fitness in an all-round way. Three good? In Chinese, morality comes first, achievement comes second, and physical quality comes first. Achievement is only one aspect of intellectual education, and students' intellectual education can be reflected through achievement, but achievement is not the only factor. A student's thinking method developed in learning and more effective solution to problems in life are all benefits brought by learning. With the growth of age, a person's? Wisdom? It is also growing gradually, and the methods to solve problems are becoming more and more effective. Overall planning in mathematics is a very effective solution, and applied problems in mathematics are of great benefit to students.

As a teacher, I know the students in my class best. Teachers only need to help the underachievers in this class, so that they have their own aspirations and interest in learning. Spend more time on underachievers. Everyone knows that giving charcoal in the snow is more valuable than icing on the cake. Therefore, we should urge students whose families are not very good, their academic performance is not very good, and their behavior habits are not very good. Transforming an underachiever, a student with bad behavior habits, is a trivial matter for teachers, but it is a big deal for students themselves.

Teachers should not go out of the campus to help the poor, but should have more relationships with students on campus, understand the family situation of students, and facilitate the adoption of different educational methods for students. Every word and smile a teacher gives his students is very important. Teachers are role models for students. They set an example and do their part to help the poor through education!
