Handan College is located in Handan City, Hebei Province. It is a full-time undergraduate college. The history of the school can be traced back to the establishment of Handan Junior Normal School in 1905, its name was changed to Hebei Provincial Normal School in 1950, and it was upgraded to Handan Normal College in 1982. In May 2004, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
