Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Vocational and Technical College is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It is a public general vocational college established by Liaoning Provincial People's Government in 2006 according to the urgent demand for high-quality skilled talents in the equipment manufacturing industry for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, and integrating social resources such as the former Liaoning TV University Vocational College. The college is located in Huishan Scenic Area, Shenyang.

The college has three campuses: Beiling, Puhe and Yulin, covering an area of 374,766.23 square meters. The college has 9056 students and 720 faculty members. There are 7 secondary colleges, 5 professional groups and 33 majors. The existing innovation and entrepreneurship education colleges include mechanical engineering college, automobile engineering college, automatic control engineering college, information and communication engineering college, business administration college and so on.

There are 27 majors (professional direction), a training center, a manufacturing Expo center, a standardized training factory and a library, with a total construction area of 1.27 million square meters. The college library has books 165000 volumes, and there is also a digital library.
